Yeah, well, when the GP went through the clinical definition of alcoholism with me, it scared me half to death.
I told all my colleagues and friends and family and asked for their help.
I managed a very turbulent time with my ex, and left him and set up a new homw without the grog.
Then one dad, who is a landlord and should know better, hassled and hassled me into having "just one" glass of wine, with my Christmas dinner.

I think I drink far too much.
