Just curious... as I sit here with an entire microwavable syrup sponge :shock:
And TJ - don't you dare ask that this has to do with Swinging wink or I'll edit the thread and make sure that it does!

Thelovely apple cake from NJC Morarch cafe in Glastonbury!! Still remember it from 5 years ago like it was yesterday!! Would love to get a piece of that anytime lol
At the moment it's cheesecake......but that will change when something else comes along!
Crumble, especially rhubarb crumble.
In fact, I made a forced rhubarb and blood orange crumble this weekend, and it was lovely. It may in fact be my new favourite.

melt in the mouth Meringue with a gooey, chewy centre is good but my favourite 'pudding' is a big wedge of smelly cheese and crackers :shock:
