Who Else is snowed in?

Ive just had a call from the Muttleys
They went Shopping and to the Doctors
An hour later they are snowed in and cant get home
They will be stopping in the Pub all night .......hmmm lol
Luckily there is a hotel across the road and they have booked in for the night
Marcuso is struggling to get to Glasgow hes still an hour away
Is anyone else snowbound?

It's fricking freezing here! Not snowy though. I had to scrape the ice off my car before I could leave work at 5 and the temp seems to plummeting now.

I'm supposed to be going to the pub to meet a friend, but what I REALLY want to do is sit by the fire all night with a big mug of tea and chocolate biscuits! coffee

I was supposed to be going to blackpool tonight but today in north lanarkshire the snow was so bad that the kids got sent from school because they were afraid they would be stranded so we decided due to the very deep snow to cancel our night in b/pool and didnt hire the car we had arranged as mines is in the garage.
And now I have just looked outside almost all snow is away and we could have went :cry: too late now as we dont have a car ...................................
And now feeling very sorry for ourselfs ...... wish i was snowed in would make me feel so much better

My area manager is snowed in WOOHOO best news i had on a Friday.
Was heavy snow down here, missed us just though.

Just to let you all know...weve survived, against all the odds. Oh god it was awful, stuck in a pub from 4pm til 11, then we had to walk 28 yds to the hotel, (no mean feat i can tell you), specially when youre pissed.
Luckily our room in the hotel was on the ground floor, very welcome after the long trek in freezing blizzard conditions.
We slept well and had a big brekkie, dug the car out and went shopping.................................all in all at terrible ordeal, which we hope to repeat several times this winter. wink
