If. Given the chance, you were allowed to go back in history and intervew for a 1/2 hour someone famous. Who would it be?
For me I think it would be Napoleon
Jesus Christ or Cleopatra
Florance Nightingale
18th Century for me!... some kind of buxom wench probably! lol
Seriously tho, there's something about that era I just love, maybe it's all the dressing up I don't know. I appreciate there was so much poverty and illnesses but that all interests me also.
Mayb I'm just weird? lol
Whoops in edit just realised about the interviewing someone...
Marie Antoinette! "Let them eat cake!"..
(although it is reported she didn't actually say this!)
Elizabeth I
Would love to know what she was like as a person, was she ruthless or did she have a softer side that doesn't seem to get portrayed in any of the stuff I've seen/read on her.
Was she controlled by a team of people, a kind of front woman, or was she the one very much in control.
How the hell did she trust anyone around her, who were they, how much trust did she place in people etc.
What was her everyday run of the mill day like, what did she do, where did she go, who did she hang out with .......... was it even possible, for a queen in those days, to have a run of the mill day dunno
Did she really only have a bath once a week? confused
Did she get on with her dad? dunno Did they see anything of each other? dunno
Would just love to know all about her, her morals, her opinions, her private side, her everything .......... and if anyone knows of a book that would give me an answer, then let me know! lol
Anne Boleyn - pretty much for similar reasons as Missy interviewing her daughter!
I love Tudor history and this one woman fascinates me.
Henry VIII for me.
I'd interview him in Hever castle (Anne Boleyn's childhood home). He drastically changed the course of history and I am still fascinated with his reign.

Theres a couple of people that I would like to interview.
Kurt Cobain ( I know its not that long ago )
Moses (the story of his life just facinates me, if its true)
Louise xx

I have sometimes wondered, did she say "Let them eat cake" as an instruction to the kitchen to bake and supply cake.
King Arthur for me. We've read the romanticised versions of his life and death but I'd love to find out the brutal truth about life in the Dark Ages.
Other than that, it would be a close run thing between Freddie Mercury, Humphrey Bogart and Eric Morecambe.......all heros of mine biggrin
There are lots of people I'd love to meet:
Buddha
Aristotle
Mahat Maghandi
Albert Einstein
William Shakespeare
Winston Churchill
and the ancester i have found in 1660
so i can ask him who his dad was that
would clear up loads of things
I'd like to meet George W. Bush's grandfather and ask him to have the snip! evil
