These are breasts where the aureole themselves stick out above the breast, a bit like fairy cakes. 'Puffies' is a term commonly used in the newsgroups and in 'porn circles'. I did a quick Google image search (turning content filtering off in the prefs) for "puffies" and came up with a fetish site

Don't prticularly mind about the size of the aureole but I love huge nipples - the bigger the better! I have come across (excuse the pun) large aureoli with very flat nipples which I do not find as much of a turn on as big chapel hat-pegs worship

How can I post an individual image from local disk? Or can I only post links? If the latter, I'll try to track down an image that's not on a pay site. Trouble is, if you search for "puffies" in image search the first 4 pages are porn sites :(

You need to have a website where you have uploaded a picture and then you can click on the Img command above, copy and paste the URL, then click again on the Img command.
