The photo isn't on the ad. When they responded to the ad i sent the photo. I'm not looking for approval, i just thought that we were all adults on here, and were passed the adolescent stage of having to try and kid anyone about our bodies. I sent the pic so they know what to expect if/when we met up, but if at this early stage they think i'm a liar i won't bother. I'll stay faithful to the rabbit, he knows me inside and out :!:

I suppose on a site such as this there is a degree of suspicion as well as a whole load of time wasters and pic collectors.
I suppose thing is you should just keep plugging along .... am sure some peeps will believe you .... and not believe their good fortune in connecting with you

I can sympathise. If you are stunning as I suspect you are, people will assume you are telling porkies - so unfair. Mind you sometimes they say they dont believe you just to try and get you to send more pics.
But I must admit I've have lots of real pics of me on my avatars that at least now the people I care about know what I look like!
Well I wish you well and stick with it. If they are so suspicious - that is their loss!

I've got a cracking photo of me: just managed to erase the 'Wanted' bit with my computer. It has scrubbed up fairly well. So, what do I do now? I've air-brushed the scars and smallpox marks, de-shined the shaven pate, softened the mad, staring eyes, edited in one or two teeth, and erased the 'Death' tattoo from my forehead. Is this enough?
I really would value suggestions, as I only have a couple of days 'home-leave' left before I have to return to 'The House of Many Windows'

i've been doing a bit of dating through personal ads of late, and i've yet to come across an accurate description of my potential date...
people seem incapable of telling the truth about themselves. 35 means 50. slim means overweight. and good looking..... well, i'm sure their mother thinks that they're good looking but i certainly haven't. but then i'm probably the fussiest man on the planet.
every one has been a blind date, either they don't have a photo, or they don't have the technology. i've been on that many dates, where i end up making small talk for an hour, when if i'd seen their photo beforehand we could have saved the price of our tall cappuccino and done something more stimulating on our own.
so send your phioto and if people don't believe you, then screw 'em.... or rather, NOT.
karrie if people are reluctant to accept that the picture you send them is really you, maybe it's because they are big fibbers themselves.
