Would love to get to know people here

Hiya guys
Its all a bit daunting coming into the forums each day as everyone seems to know each other real well already - like a weirdly close knit family lol

would like to get to know a few of you definately as you all sound nice!
Also any newbies who have their first impressions or experiences of the forums post them here

Hello and welcome !
All I can say is that I've only been on here a few months and can maybe see what you mean about it looking a "close knit family" on first sight. It's true - apart from the "weirdly" bit (thats just some nights where pizza and carrots are concerned !)
Why ?
Because those on here, I've found, are warm and genuine people - funny and caring in equal turns. Once you've spent a little while here it becomes very hard to leave - I guess thats the ultimate compliment.
Take as much time as you need, dip in to threads that take your fancy and get comfortable with us !! Just be prepared to be here a while !

It does seem daunting because everyone seems to know each other so well, but it really doesn't take long to settle in and make a little niche for yourself. Just chip in with your opinion and thoughts and you can't go wrong.
I've only been on here a couple of months myself, and was amazed and thrilled at how welcome I have been made to feel in that short space of time. Be warned tho, it's addictive!

My tip is to not feel shy abt posting contributions to Threads/Topics - that way you both feel involved and people get to know you.

I can definately see how this becomes addictive, I can feel myself being hooked and reeled in as we speak!

Errrm, Sarge, why do all your latex frisking gloves seem to be designed for one finger? And is that little teat thing on the end to fit your fingernails in? Have you got very small hands or do you put five on seperate fingers? That must be awkward because all your boxes seem to contain only 3.
