For lunch this week I have been mostly eating prawn mayonnaise in a sundried tomato roll with spread.
This weekend I intend to follow the L&C diet (lager and curry). Well I must get myself in shape for Christmas.
Things have got pretty despairate since my toast and coffee earlier.
A bag of skittles.
10 Tom and Jerry Candy sticks.
And..out on the town with three friends we ended up in..Burger King.(-THATS out on the town?)I had a spicy bean burger and fries while my friends did a word perfect acapella version of Iron Maidens "Run for the hills".
I lead an interesting life sometimes do I not?
Breakfast = coffee, buttered crumpet with Marmite. Sorry, fags.
Lunch = coffee, fags, red wine.
Dinner = Roast turkey, roast potatoes, masked sweet potatoes, new potatoes, sprouts, carrotts, peas, stuffing, bread sauce, cranberry sauce and gravy. Fags.
Then pumpkin pie with that brandy (squirty) cream.
And a couple of bottles of bubbly. And some more fags.
Supper = Pills and red wine. Now having a cup of Earl Grey with vanilla. Oh.. and a few fags.

Hmm, I do love crumpets, but only when they are heavily buttered, so not very healthy at all!
I don't usually do breakfast though. My stomache complains if I put food in it too soon after waking up.
