I went out with a lovely girl ,,She was really up for a laugh a hell of a lot younger than I was. A big girl with very long red hair. I finished it , I thought the age difference to much. 1 Friday night after we had split up I was driving my taxi when I saw her with her back to me getting chatted up. Hey Andy,, We were there too on Saturday. Ive known Simon and Sonia for a long time they are a lovely couple. I used to work the door at The Church when it was going in Bristol and met them from there.

There is a topic just been up on here regarding "single blokes". We have only just joined this forum and replied to several ads. 95% of them up to now have been time wasting single blokes pretending to be couples. They have all been photo ads with the exeption of 1. One bloke sent 5 emails and was begging us to go to Malvern that night even telling us they had bunkbeds and to bring the children,,,( like hell we would). Comes to the phone call to let the girls speak and pufffff all gone.
We had another today all systems go he says , phoned Linda, phoned me, we couldnt speak openley at the time and arranged to speak later. Redialed the number from both our mobile memories and ended up talking to a partner that had no idea who this " Dave " was. It was the same bloke for definite. What a wanker,,,were did he think it was going to go??

I started some years ago "playing" , at the time I was lucky I had a hot partner and we had a great time. The partnership went down the tubes and I was totally into this "scene " (horrible expression) and ended up going as a single man. From there I started to work at the club as a doorman, and now have a lovely partner again. The point ??? Ive seen a lot of and been a single guy and Ive noticed a few things. Effort,,a lot of single guys think theyre just going to walk in and bingo then get their nickers in a twist when it doesnt happen. They make no effort to talk, make friends with the husbands as well as the ladies. Sell yourself is probably totally the wrong way to say it but following couples round waiting to pounce is definitely the wrong way to go about it. There are too many single guys at some clubs and when in numbers it spoils it for everyone, thats a fact and I cant give a solution to it apart from the same as Jezz says , there is a definite shortage of lasses. But effort, warmth ,fun and respect (starting with yourself ) go a long way on the club scene. Without that you look like a labrador chasing a bitch and that dont look sexy.
