Not exactly fenced off but patrolled, was there in October and spent four or five days in the dunes without any bother and then got collared while heading down for straying off the path a few feet! Tried the beach but it was far too windy to stay there and thought it was going to spoil the rest of our holiday but discovered after chatting with a local guy that the beach police finish at 2 so avoided it until then. Will be back in June so hoping that they aren't there for longer then.

I will be watching this with interest, we have been looking at booking our usual hol for Feb but might consider somewhere else if this is the situation

I guess it depends on how early in September you were thinking. As previously stated it is getting quieter in September but still fun to be had, I too usually go last week in August into September (bike Week) last year for the first time I went for 2 weeks and although second week was definitely not as busy there were still plenty of people about. This year I will miss bike week and will be there 2-9 Sept. You might want to check out the capdagdenaturists forum on groups plenty of knowledgeable people on there if you need info or help

I've been there several times, there is gay activity at far end of beach but never seen anything with couples if that was what you were after. There are sunbeds available to hire and the beach cafe is a good spot to grab a drink and chat with other people

Accommodation in the cap is quite expensive especially in August high season. The caravan would certainly be a cheaper option but then you would need to factor in the extra cost of the journey down, possibly could work out just the same if you booked accommodation and then flew Ryanair from Luton if they are still doing that route this year. Check out groups Cap D'Agde plenty of info there but if you have anything specific you want to know don't hesitate to get in touch

I usually drive down with the missus although last year we flew with Ryanair into Beziers, the transfers using public buses were really easy and cheap. We did miss not having the car (although not the drive down) and it meant we stayed in the naturist area more than we normally do but that wont be a problem if you are wanting to stay naked for just about all your holiday.

You can usually get some cheap deals on Ryanair to Beziers and the transfer from there is really easy and cheap using local bus service. are a good place to look for accommodation if you leave it quite late to actually book as you arent going at peak season I dont think the accom will be very expensive you could also check out that is who I have booked with in the past. According to an article in todays Daily Mail a new phone app has just been launched in the uk called localsin which gives you information about 'willing' matches in your immediate area and a real time 'passion map' showing as they call it a list of 'compatibles' Apparently the app is free to download although I would imagine there will be some costs incurred somewhere along the way. It sounds like it could have definite potential for arranging meets

Had a great time and was really good to meet Jan and Ste and a nice surprise to find that Mooch and Tiger were the nice helpful couple we had sat next to at a meal the night before smile

Faliraki has always been my favourite, good beach with a bar serving food and drinks as well. For more info and to possibly contact other people who might be there at the same time check out lots of info and a useful forum as well

Just booked, will be there with the mrs from the 16th until the 28th staying in Maspalomas and will be on the nudist beach usually sheltered in a stone circle if we can get to the beach early enough to get one smile

I have seen this question asked several times on nudist forums and the general consensus always seems to be that it isn't a problem with a fair amount of the comments from females who said they would be quite flattered if they thought they had been the cause of your predicament. However this always seems to be the main worry of men visiting for the first time and i'm sure you will find once you are there that the problem isn't as big a one as you expected (pun intended) smile

I have booked through in the past and you could also check out although most of the sites prefer a Saturday to Saturday booking so Ann and David James travel may be the best option as I understand they are a little more flexible with their arrival and departure dates. There is also a Cap D'agde forum on the groups which can be a useful source of info and a good place to get to know other people that may be there at the same time etc. Please contact me if you would like to know anything else otherwise have a great time wink

I've got a new Tom Tom but no Buddies so didn't sign up now I've realised that all I need to do is sign up for the service and then offer my details to other people on the pretext that they can check if there's is working by spotting me and hey presto suddenly got loads of Buddies now why didn't I think of that earlier
