the main reason.. apart from what a waste of money!!! is that as the daughter of a fireman who would come home with awful tales of what he had had to deal with.. and dad was always graphic if it was somat that could have hurt us...
basically he scared the poop out of me....

Here in Scunny you have to pay to park in the hospital even if you have a blue badge!!
My mum has one and at moment we spend a lot of time at the hospital, she has to go every friday morning and sometimes another time in the week.
You get free parking for the first 40 mins, but once you have managed to get a space, unloaded a wheelchair and pushed her to whichever department she is in, waited for the appointment - which are never on time.. there is no way you can be out in 40 mins!! The you have to stump up for 2 hours then rising to £3.
I work in NHS, and am not based at the hospital, but if we have to go there for anything we have to pay to park.
It all seems very unfair to me!!
I am sure you will find that most sites have simialr small print...
And am also sure that one of the powers that be shall be along to say the same. I am sure that I read on a thread before that information regarding chat logs is only kept for a certain time.

I was given this idea and think it could be fun....
The challange is.... find a small matchbox... the one that holds about 40 matches.. not the big cooks matches one!!
And see how many small things that have a use you can fit in it....
Then next Monday we all post a pic of them ( or a list in my case cos I have no idea how to post a pic in forum)

I had arranged to go out this afternoon, so am now in kids bads books!!

as if I didnt I could be visiting my mum every day in hospital - phones are ok... but just not good when you want to give someone a very big HUG!!!! And its also stopping me and her carrying out our pact of laughing at silly things every day... :(
