I have never noticed anyone that I recognise. One day though, whilst scanning the gallery, I thought I saw my Dads face staring back at me. Thankfully it was just a face pic and it wasn't him - my heart did stop momentarily though.

Heart stopped momentarily!!!!! Mine would have jumped out of my chest like a scene out of Alien smile

Well that's probably a more apt description Harry! :lol2:
It actually put me off from looking at the gallery for a little while - I was scared of what I might see!!
biggrin
Good point, you never know what you'll find and it might not always be nice lol

Well, its a topic thats probably been done time and time again. But sod it, here it is again!!
Casually scanning the gallery section, as one does when ones supposed to be working from home. Up pops a guy I used to work with in all his full glory (if he too was working from home he looks as if hes having a hellava lot more fun than me :upset: ) Got to admire the guy, though, at least he had the nerve to show his face on the site...more than I've done.....
Anyway, the point is, have many people come across people they know on the site?
Remember....No names!!

MODS EDIT - DO NOTPUT BACK IN LOCATIONS WHEN THIS HAS BEEN EDITED OUT BY A MOD mad

1/ I didn't realise you were editing it as I was editing it myself at the same time!!!!
2/ Will you also be removing the Dogging locations from the dogging page too as its seems ridiculous to bar them from one but not the other..
MODS EDIT - Mod and User both edited this post at the same time and ended up with a total misunderstanding redface
The dog scene, among many others in Theres Something about Mary
Now that was laugh out loud

People may well say it is all about money – but so is life. You may not care who owns the oil – but you would care if businesses folded – if food prices rise – if hospitals close – if your power supply became rationed.

Polo, I'd rather live a more measured (moderate) life with a few more hardships and have world peace than bask in the riches of Britain (or America or whatever country) and ignore the people dying in other parts of the world every day due to our actions/lack of action. As for businesses folding, prices rising, hospitals closing... surely you are not talking about the Thatcher era?
So do you think if we sit back and do nothing there will be world peace? I am sure you don't beleive that? Religion and those who use religion to manipulate would see to it that it never happened.
And no I am not talking about Thatcher - if you think that is all that would happen then it would be worth it.
I don't think theres much chance of world peace at any time. Even if we took the "head in the sand" approach to world policy there will always be a group of ****** trying to impose their will/ideolgy on someone else.
As for the Iraq/Afghanistan has brought it all down on us brigade, just remember that our "friends" in the middle east were attacking Western/European targets long before the Iraq invasion. The first World Trade Centre attack in the nineties, France etc..

For me, its easy, Tom and Jerry.....Only the early ones though. Mindless violence wrapped up as family entertainment.
Laurel & Hardy, real life Tom & Jerry, more mindless violence....hmm, seems to be a theme here

I guess you all also knew that the very attractive long blonde girl on the original Star Trek (not sure if the char had a name) later played Dr Polasky in TNG.
Mr Tweeky

Biddie, biddie, biddie Mr Tweeky, or to put another way. The attractive blonde was played by Grace Lee Whitney who played Yeoman Rand in the orginal. The Dr Polaski actress was a guest star in two episodes playing different characters in the original but wasn't a regular (Thanks to Imdb!)
Now, its time to blow my brains out ;-)

Did you know that when Captain Kirk kissed Lt. Uhura, it was the first interracial kiss ever to be screened on tv?
What am I talking about?! Of course you do!! biggrin

Yes, good ol Jim, Black, Green, Blue, he'd shag em all. A real space adventurer. None of that diplomacy rubbish.
If they move, shag 'em, if they don't, phaser 'em (on stun obviously) until they do lol
Harry

Can't believe I've just read Three and a bit pages on Star Trek!! whats worse is the fact that I knew what most of it was about redface
Be afraid , be very afraid Harry.....lmao.... lol

One other note, why is it that no matter what planet Kirk landed on, the aliens spoke pefect English, with the exception of the word Love?? Which was normally pronounced Luurve by the time Kirk had his way
