Diabetes. Not saying it is but being tired all the time, sweating, trembling/shakes & dizziness, going to the toilet a lot & having frequent (down there problems), are just some of the symptoms. Go see a DOCTOR hun and get your bloods checked out. It only takes 10 mins, they take a little blood out of your arm & send it off to get tested and they come back with your results, painless & sorted.
I'm no doctor but have this condition and would'nt wish it on anyone, so for your own sake insist on getting your blood tested. They should be able to find out what your problem is through your blood (you'll be surprised).
Good luck luv & get well soon.
 If you are in any STRESSED atmosphere or are STRESSED (which is prob the reason why you smoke) you will need to de-stress yourself which is quite hard in the world we live in. My advice is insignificant because whatever anyone says smokers do not listen (i am one) A shock tactic is to visualise yourself in the not so distant future with throat cancer, i know it's bad my father had it. A lot of will power is required from YOU.
Good luck
Mike

I once worked on the bins in N. Wales, believe it or not as a binman. Harry webb ring a bell, well i'll tell you CLIFF RICHARD, Sir Cliff Richard now. I used to empty his bins (claim to fame) he has a house up a posh avenue in Deganwy, N, Wales. I also met Harvey Smith (showjumper) at a Yorkshire showjumping event when i was 9 & i was on TV.
