A club, well anyone, cannot check names against the SOR. It is not open to the public, if you care for young children you can make a request to find if someone has offences on their record, but that can be declined. You cannot just ask to see if a random member of the public is on the SOR.

How's about you decide what you ACTUALLY want (i.e. specific dimensions, the NAME etc) before leaving the house? I had one customer today asking for a "thing". I kid you not!
Me: "Is it something for the Kitchen? The bedroom, living room? Is it a children's item? What colour is it? Do you know how much? Is it mainly made of metal, plastic, wood?"
Them: "I don't know. It's a THING!" *Looks at me sarcastically as if I have a mental problem.*

I work in a pub/retaurant type chain. Yesterday I had a customer phone up and ask
"Is your food cooked on your premises, or is it cooked elsewhere and delivered?"
The customer service person in me politely answered with "Of course, all our food is cooked on premises, and we have a full allergy guide to all of our food products."
The sarcastic person in me really wanted to answer with "No, we cook all our food at McDonalds in the town centre, then we courier it to your table."
Later the same day I was doing host duties when a group of 3 people came to me and asked for a table for 4 people. I said "Certainly, would you like to follow me." When they said "Can we please have a table with chairs?" Again the customer service person in me smiled politely and answered "Certainly, just this way please."
When really I wanted to say "Oh no, we charge extra for the chairs!!
I have an Acer A500 tablet, had it a couple of years, so there is probably a newer model, I have just been in chat using it and can happily type, see messages, scroll and watch guys wank until the cows come home, or I get bored!!!

Redangel was my first user name when I started swinging. I chose it because I had red hair and I was, and still am a little angel.
When I moved to another site I chose Funkyfox. But for some reason, I'll always see myself as Redangel. As Redangel I have less inhibitions, I'm more flirty and out going. As Funkyfox, I seem to be a different persona. It's weird. I prefer Red angel as a person to Funkyfox!!

I still browse the sites, and halfheartedly look for a meet, but it's changed too much for me. Back when I first joined this site it was initially to get laid, then I found the forums, and developed some great friendships, I also made my name known on another site, and made some amazing friends there too.
Now when I visit forums, there is no community there anymore. The messages I get are from single guys with no profile or banter and around 90% say "want a fuck". I need my brain to be turned on as much as my body, and that just doesn't cut it for me.
Socials are now usually in clubs, which for me defeats the object entirely of socials. There is no such thing as munches anymore.
In short I'm happy to call myself a swinger, because I believe I always will be, it's a mindset, not an activity for me, but I'm not looking for sexual one nighters, I can get that in a normal nightclub, but that seems to be what swinging has turned into recently.

I don't see why I should have to opt out, I don't have children in my household (unless you count the parrot, who is only 12), children do not visit my home, why should I have to change my online habits to protect other people's children?

The amount of messages I get from 'single' men that are no longer on site by the time I get around to reading them, or married men who want me to flirt with their wife in a pub to see if she might be bi. :doh:
When I first started it was about socials, getting to know people, you knew where you stood with them. I have friends I first met on the scene that I've never played with that I know if I'm passing, I can pop in for coffee, or if I have trouble, I can call them. And vice versa.
Now I can't imagine making those kind of friendships through a swinging website. Because people just don't seem to be the same anymore.
