IMHO I'd not put my name down for a munch unless I was going with the Mrs........and even though the username is SXCouple, I'm the one who posts and who goes into the chatroom.
We were hoping to bring a lady friend along to the recent Yorks munch, as I was the DJ, to keep Mrs SX company, as she knows absolutely no-one (then again I know hardly anyone anyway). I approached the organiser's and they agreed. Unfortunately, our guest couldn't make it in the end, but does bring up an interesting scenario........
What if, she had "mis-behaved" or "offended" anyone there - we know her, she's a lovely girl and wouldn't say boo to a goose normally - however, would we then be held responsible - especially as I for one wouldn't be able to diffuse any "situation" that may have arose, as I would have been busy spinning the decks.....
Hmmm, food for though that one.

I have 3 -
1 on my right arm at the top is a celtic knot
1 on my left arm at the top is a mayan sun (designed by Mrs SX) which is cool
1 huge one on my back stretching across my shoulders and about 6 inches deep which is tribal (which took 4 hours to finish).
All 3 are black as I find them more pleasing and a better effect than those with colour or pictures. Although some of the tattoo's I've seen when having these ones done have been awesome.

From reading everything thats been said by everyone over the last hour or so, these I think are the only way to go concerning these events.
A few people have said in various posts that they'd sort it out themselves. Mrs SX and I have only been to 1 munch (the first Notts one), and we arrived late. By the time we arrived, most people were well and trully tanked up.
I know for a fact that if ANYONE had tried anything with Mrs SX, they would have been hospitalised (as a few peeps have already said as well) - but hey, thats just me. I'm not a small bloke, and do take offence at so called small minded idiots thinking they can get away with this type of thing.
Now, we're going to our 2nd munch in June (as I'm the official DJ for the Yorks munch). Mrs SX will be going, and we're also bringing a female friend - now here's where it gets interesting.......................take this scenario
Mrs SX and G/F are dancing together - nothing provocative, just 2 female mates on a night out. I'm stuck behind the deck doing the DJ thing. Something or someone happens to either one of them - I'm perfectly sober - how do you think I'd react..................I think that 99.9% of you would agree that things could turn rather nasty in this respect.
A clear definition of whats accepted and whats not is needed - and if people don't adhere to these, then the points raised above should be enforced.
Just my thoughts on the subject.............

We went (as Mrs SX was exhibiting her artwork there), so we were there all weekend from about 10am to 10pm everyday.
Hardly any stalls, hardly any visitors, a repetitive boring show and extremely overpriced refreshments ( for a sarnie).
Needless to say, we won't be exhibiting again - but will give London a shot - apparently the average spend per head in London is £150 - and there are something 70,000 people through the doors the whole weekend.

We watched it last weekend, and was indeed a truly visullay stunning film !
On a similar note, Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon was an awesome film. Also looking forward to watching "House of the Flying Daggers".....

Get to the bit where it says insert URL, and duly do that - now according to the insturctions, it should then ask for the username and password of the hosting ISP. However, this doesn't happen and the file is then saved as an HTML extension in my documents :cry:
Anyone got any ideas what I may or may not be doing wrong ????

Not sure if this is allowed or not, but I'm sure I'll be told if not.............
Having done the DJ thing many moons ago, I've finally been kicked up the arse and got around to sorting out some new gear, and will be available for functions again real soon.
Now, I realise that there are munches and get togethers all over the place, and will say that I can travel a reasonable distance from Essex or Yorkshire - as I spend a lot of time in both counties.
Anyone interested, then please let me know and hopefully be able to sort something out.
