This thread really made me chuckle I'm now going to find the clause in the sky contract that will no doubt state that interference of signal at any point is due to trees. I'm not a techie whizz by any stretch of the imagination but just to let you know that I too have been experiencing some lag problems (with profiles in particular) which seems to have been resolved by using Google Chrome as my browser. Not sure if this was one of the ones you tried or not
