I had some excellent advanced slaes training about a year or so back, and they taught us that there are 3 types of 'sensory channels' that people relate to when going through the buying process.......
The 3 channels all relate to the way in which information is stored and remembered....
Visual - Customers who link information they receive to images and what they have seen or can imagine in their mind
Auditory - Customers who listen to information and remember what was said
Kinaesthetic- People who have to 'feel' a product, and buy depending on what emotions it may evoke...
Just thought that this may be of interest, it is great once you start understanding how it is possible to relate more closely with people once you are able to ascertain their preferred sensory channel...... It was difficult to talk to anyone for weeks afterwards without trying to weigh them up!!!!

I think that british films have done us proud over the last few years, from all accounts we have a lot of films that have been well received in the States.
Dont get me going on where this countries money should be spent tho, I get soooooo mad.
