when we go to use our laptop we can't watch the video clips or see any text in the chatrooms this does not happen on our pc,i have tried altering some settings but have had no joy anyone got any ideas? thanks.

when i go to use the laptop we can't view the videos or see any of the text in the chatrooms anyone have any ideas on where to start to correct this, many help will be wonderful.

when using laptop wi-fi, videos on this site dont play and I can't see any of the text in the chat room but can see the web cam pictures, anyone got any ideas to help solve problem thanks.
