I'm also in a Westminster hotel (rather nice one in fact) on Tues, Weds and Thursday nights this week.
I'm not going to claim to be an expert in massage, although I can usually help a lady to relax, and then to.... well... un-relax, a bit. Happy to meet any ladies or couples for a drink if you want to PM me. (I'll even skip the football on Thursday night!)

There's a whole load of swingers clubs in and around Manchester. Have a look at the "Clubs" tab on the left and you can see ratings, reviews and links to the individual club websites.
My personal favourite is Cupids in Swinton. Been going there for 15 years. It has a sauna and a 4-person jacuzzi. But if you want more of the "wet area" spa experience, Partners in Bury (just to the North of Manchester) gets great reviews for its wet facilities.

You might want to add a point (8) though - something about location. No point in having some of your team in Aberdeen and others in Cornwall. Maybe set a 50 mile radius of some central location?
I'm too far away from you for it to be practical for me to sign up - even though I'm down in London regularly. But if this catches on it might work in the NW too.

Daytime? Evening? Weekday? Weekend? Any particular timeframe in terms of how many weeks time?
I'd be interested to travel up to be part of this, but can't commit until there's a specific date set, and I can check with work and other commitments.

Your best bet is probably to use the Search facility on the site. You can specific words you are looking for - either just in a username or in the whole profile.
So if you put "China" or "Chinese" you might get some promising results.
Might take a bit of playing around to see what works best, but worth a try....

I guess it just depends what you want out of the site. But my advice would be take it slowly, be respectful, let people know you're newbies (we all started somewhere!) and see what you think might work for you.
You can spend time in the chat rooms (and join in the conversation, so people get to know you), check out the "Let's Meet Up" bit to see if there's anything you fancy, maybe place your own ad (with a date, time and location included so people can work out if they can get there). Maybe check out other people's profiles too, to see how they present themselves?
And think of it like "real life", in that a bit of friendly chat is a good ice-breaker, although on here we all know that the sex thing is a bit closer to the surface than it would be if you were chatting in Sainsburys....!
Socials are a good way to meet people without feeling pressured.
Oh - and I don't want to put you off, but the site is home to a significant number of time wasters, so if you fix up a meeting, try not to commit a lot of time or money unless you are pretty sure the other person is genuine and will turn up. I've been to Cupids many times over many many years. Also many times to Chams over past 5 years or so.
I'd say that Chams is certainly worth a visit on any night. Generally a busier club than Cupids (also bigger) and I'd say you have a very good chance of some fun, provided of course you're familiar with the rules of such places & don't make a nuisence of yourself!
Also worth going in early if you get the chance (unlike Cupids mostly) as Chams tends to be busier through the afternoon & early evening too.
Jaccuzi & cinema are good places to chill out & bide your time if there's nothing going on in the rooms...

I've been many times during the afternoon over recent years.
Nowhere near as busy as the evening, but there's quite often fun to be had. Sometimes you do find that couples just want to lock themselves away for a few hours - usually married (but not to each other!) and it's the easiest way of finding some private time to get together. But I'd certainly give it a try - and go along for a sauna, jacuzzi, chilled afternoon, and treat anything else as a nice bonus!

I'd suggest a Premier Inn. They are usually v close to a pub with eating facilities, so it's easy to meet up there first, have a drink and maybe a meal, and then head up to the room.
In my experience Prem Inn staff never bat an eye to anything, but you do sometime need the room key to access the bedroom areas, so make sure you and your meet all go through reception together, or someone might get stranded!
Can be a good idea to put the TV on too, to provide a bit of cover for any sexy noises if people are passing in the corridor.
A look through the photo gallery on here will show you just how many meets have the tell-tale purple of a Premier Inn room as their location!!!
