Had radical prostatectomy in 2019, same as others, erections not as good as they were, dry orgasms (do miss cumming but hey-ho)and I also leak urine when orgasming. The orgasms themselves are totally different to the pre-prostatectomy ones. The new ones make most of my body tingle which is interesting.

Glad they have sorted who it is, and now a correct burial can be given.

"A hearse, a hearse, my Kingdom for a hearse!" sorry had to be done ;)

How about: "It is unwise to have a battle of wits with an unarmed combatant" lol
Interestingly ironic that on a site where people are supposedly looking for sex, that some people find it difficult to see when in their faces lol

Three words to describe Medman ermmm.
Witty, Riveting, Bonkers

:O how can you know me so well in such a short pace of time? lol
OK, now we go from the word that people have seen (hopefully) and show how that word is used in other advertising wink

I suffer from an eye condition called Amblyopia. It means I have no binocular vision. Downsides include having to use relative movemtn for depth perception and never, ever, being able to see anything on a Magic Eye picture.
Upsides include, I will still have depth perception if I lose one of my eyes and being able to spot optical illusions like this in about half a second falt. That is also a downside as it makes it pretty boring.

Foxy,
you don't need to see any magic eye images in what has been posted; the one of the flowers is just hidden in plain sight, if you cant see the word that's in there (and there is a word in there) then all you will see is the flowers. When, and if, you see what the word is, then you will instantly see the word first and the flowers second. Your subconsious mind probably sees the word, even though you may not at the moment with your conscious mind. If you squint, it may reduce the colours of the picture and give it as a 'greyscale' tone that may help you to see the word more clearly.
smile
I'm sorry, but from the people that have posted on this thread, the only person I can use the three words on is Minxy, I don't know anybody really, yet, in any way apart from her and I have only really been speaking to her for about four or five days. So the three words I would use for her, judging by what I have noticed, would be:
kind helpful minx
smile
Hi to everybody else who has said hi to me since I last said hi to a person individually lol if I reply to every reply I will be here all day
Glad you can see it, those of you who can see it that is wink
this is a good picture, full of filthy promise until you find out it's in your mind lol

And then there's the FedEx arrow, can you spot it? Like the Flowers one, once you see it, you'll never see anything else

Maybe some more later
Has anybody seen the picture in my avatar before; if so, and you know what is in it, I would ask you not to give the game away, larger image of it in my pictures. Once you see it, you'll never see anything else lol
Anybody else got any or know of any other interesting subliminals?
wink

Hey Medman, welcome to the forums and all that. smile
Found the chatrooms quite by accident at first, not even looking for a swinging site, knew nothing about it but liked the chatroom immediately, very, very funny some of the people in it back when 200 people in the one room on IRC was a busy night, got into the site bouncing along with them. Didn't get the forums at all when I did finally have a look mooching around the site, first post was quite typically a chatroom related question.
Took me kinda flouncing outta the chatroom for a bit to start reading the forum more about 6 months after arriving here and a bit more posting before I really got it and found my posting boots, first hundred posts even maybe but then a little light went on, been here since. Can't get back into the chatroom now, too fast and too many convos going on. The slower pace suits me but do have to rein in a tendency towards the overly-verbose a lot of the time! rolleyes lol

Hi Neil,
one thing I have just seemed to notice as i went back in the chatrooms earlier is just how easy it is to be another person as in persona; I can go in there and because of the situation with cams and if i don't know ppl almost act rudely to people (even though I don't think I ever have in the time I have been in there - never begged, ordered etc where I shouldn't, always said please and thank you). Yet in here, I don't feel that I can as I am talking to someone who will respond in more than just a few words like in the chatroom.
Everything's mixed up now lol.

Hello Med! wave Good to see you on the flip side of The Site.
I started my SH journey after something in the forums piqued my interest from a Google search back in 2004, and I've been stuck here ever since. To be honest the forums are a more acquired taste and don't suit everyone's pace, but those who make a go of it do tend to find it a useful way to get to know people in a more 'sensible*' environment.
I'd been using the chatrooms daily for a month or two when a non-chatter member "baited" me to join the forums.

innocent
And you returned the favour by baiting me into the chatrooms. Now I tend to end up there most evenings! :lol2:
* I use the word 'sensible' in it's loosest possble context. ;)
Hi Cubes, hmmmmm it seems this 'been here ever since" is what I am finding for myself lol
Wait until you get sent up the sh tower, or asked to go down into the depths of crypt, then you might start seeing the length of time some have been here.
sounds like something similar to this:

Hello Guys
OK we all have different limits/boundaries, but for myself, in the Chatroom I really don't go for the "C" word when describing my wife's bits, and I don't like her being described as a "slut".
Does anyone else agree?
K

And then of course, there's this:

Sorry couldn't resist!

medman! :welcome: Nice to see you here!
I agree with the pattern suggested, new forum members seem to get dragged in by existing forumites! This was certainly the case for me, I'd been using the chatrooms daily for a month or two when a non-chatter member "baited" me to join the forums. I have never managed to introduce anybody to the forums successfully myself - back when I read forums more actively I used to regularly mention the topics of conversation to the people I chatted with in the chatrooms... and the most frequent reaction I got was that the forums look boring! :-o
Reading the forums and interacting like this is different, that "perve mode" is switched off. lol

Pffft, no adjustment necessary :P
Ahhhh Pebble wave
well forums ain't got no cams so that must be why they seem boring ? wink lol
And I can't have two brains thinking at once lol....it's either perv mode or not.

I mainly use the chat rooms and have only barely glanced at the Forum pages; it was only the fact that Theladyisaminx spoke about them to me recently and I had another look; it's a whole different world. I just wondered how long it took other people to use the forums from the time they joined the site?
smile

I asked a question in the forums very soon after joining and they didn`t like the look of me and directed me to the chatroom .... Mrs flower and myself had a jolly nice time in chat and then Bilko started the chatroom lounge in the forum which is when I started posting a lot lol
Kinda got hooked for a while and then some brainless wazzock went and told minx about the forums and they`ve gone down hill ever since !!!
When I joined the site I headed for the chat rooms and never looked at the forums until some brainless wazzock, (which is a great name to call yourself Flower) threw me in here screaming and shouting and he bolted the door. I could hear his evil laughter echoing through the crack in the door.
I got chewed up and spat out by the lions its a scary place.
Medman loon Never trust a Minx!
I have securely bolted the door and there is no point looking for any windows as I have already checked every nook and cranny of the place and there isn't any.
Good luck x rotflmao

I`ve always liked cover versions of well known songs where the people doing the cover make the song their own ...
The Flying Lizards did some classics !! lol
Scissor Sisters, Comfortably Numb actually worked for me although it took a couple of goes for me to get used to it......
But ...this !!
Not sure yet ....what do you think ?

There are many cover versions that I like and don't like, "Born under a bad sign", most notably performed by Cream in the sixties, was good; but for me, the Hendrix version is by far, just for sheer improvisation, the best:

New threads were started this afternoon and up to 50 people have viewed them ..
Almost nobody has posted ....
Is this because .....
A. The subject was so boring I couldn`t be bothered
B. Don`t want anybody to know I was here
C. I only ever read the threads and never post
D. I read the threads but never post because the forums are so boring having to wait for hours or even days for an answer, chatrooms are much more fun
E. None of the above

Mine's a mixture of C & E in that I have never really looked at the forums till a few days ago and then started noticing the amazing world that is SH forums wink

Hi and :welcome: to our hidden little world.
We joined the site 27 Oct 04 and first posted in the forums on 14 Nov 04, however I barely used the forum until 2010. I think most people are the same, after all the chatroom supplies more dynamic chat, and of course cams, and the forums are seldom used by most users.
Since 2010 I have paid attention to almost every thread because the machine has me in its grip :borg:

Hi Trev, as you say, the chatroom has dynamic chat and cams; for me when I am in the chatroom my mind is basically in 'perve mode', but I am polite and respectful. Reading the forums and interacting like this is different, that "perve mode" is switched off. lol

Tonight in the chat room I was talking about something and the words "flogging a dead horse" just rambled onto the page. rolleyes
I know its an old saying that I have picked up along my lifes journey but haven't a clue what it means and where it comes from.
Do you use old saying?
If so which ones?
Do you know where they originate from?

Many old sayings are based on nautical terms, such as:
"Letting the cat out of the bag" : referring to the cat 'o' nine tails they used for punishment aboard ships; it was apparently kept in a bag.
Similarly "couldn't swing a cat in here!" is the same reference to the whip, in that it had to be done outside and couldn't be swung in enclosed areas due to the lengths of rope.
But for the OP question: this is what wikipedia, that font of all knowledge, has to say about the term "Flogging a dead horse":
"Flogging a dead horse (alternatively beating a dead horse, or beating a dead dog in some parts of the Anglophone world) is an idiom that means a particular request or line of conversation is already foreclosed or otherwise resolved, and any attempt to continue it is futile; or that to continue in any endeavour (physical, mental, etc.) is a waste of time as the outcome is already decided.
The first recorded use of the expression with its modern meaning is by British politician and orator John Bright, referring to the Reform Act of 1867, which called for more democratic representation in Parliament, an issue about which Parliament was singularly apathetic. Trying to rouse Parliament from its apathy on the issue, he said in a speech, would be like trying to flog a dead horse to make it pull a load. The Oxford English Dictionary cites The Globe, 1872, as the earliest verifiable use of flogging a dead horse, where someone is said to have "rehearsed that lively operation known as flogging a dead horse".
Personally I use most of the known ones and can't think of any at the moment ...off the top of my head - oh no, there's another one!
