My son moved out. I'm so heart sore.
Glad things improving for you, my son left home in anger as a result of a restriction I'd put on his behaviour, got his own place for a few months, realised how much he missed the family and less financial responsibility, and returned wiser, happier and ready to behave in a more reasonable manner in the family home. It was an angonising few months, but there was unfortunately no other way round that particular problem at that time.

As far as I understand, this is a SH social, for those of us that meet on the forums to get to know one another. I know that a Munch is only intended for SH members and I would have thought that a smaller meeting would have had similar rules.

Ah yes - Unless i'm Very Much mistaken - that was in a film called "sex lives of the potato men" One i think everyone on SH should rent at least once - It's hilarious, and i'm sure everyone will be able to relate to it.

Just confused as he sent me pm which was a copy word for word of what he posted in cafe. Don't understand why. Assumed at first pm was a normal introductory pm, then found it duplicated in cafe, and did not why. I did wonder if (as my post says) it was a mistake.
I had no idea who had advised him to post in cafe, just saying that it was not me. Not got a problem with anyone advising him to do so, was wondering if he was confused also.

Looking forward to meeting all you people who have expressed an interest in this social and also any of you folks who haven't got round to doing so yet. It should be a good night.
Also looking forward (hopefully we'd get an invite) to a Bristol meet whenever that may be, just need someone to be in a position to arrange one now. Sure Devon1 would have given it a go if he had felt able to do so. As it is, thank you Devon1 for taking this on and lets hope the rest of the arrangements go smoothly.

Think a social would be a small but sensible first step for some of the SW folk to get to know each other, chat about lifestyle, gain some experience and perhaps confidence thus enabling them to take a more involved part in SH forums and future get togethers wherever they may be.
