I was just going to post that I have never been able to get in the chat rooms, but then I thought OOH, I'll just give it one more try and a click on the buttons and there I was in chat room 2.

EVENING PRIMROSE OIL CAPSULES
However they must me a minimum 1000mg and must be taken every day without fail.
I am on 1300mg from Holland and Barrett and I've stopped trying to ram my car off the roads these days.
It's your age as well, unfortunately. If your hair starts falling out too, take vitamin B12 tablets. I wasn't a herby head until all these things happened to me last year, but now I swear by them.
Have a check over by the Doc as well as stressing over something that doesn't exist isn't going to help much either. I seriously thought I was suffering with heart failiure, I was even making arrangements for my daughter to go and live with my sister if I died.
Try it, what have you got to lose?

We are have a weekend in Hereford this weekend (17/18/19 March) and we were wondering if anyone could recommend us a good pub to go to, to watch the last games of the 6 Nations Rugby.
We don;'t necessarily expect to meet up with anyone (although it would be nice), just give us a pub name and we'll go on our own.

I've got Karaoke (professional stuff) if that helps with the entertainment a bit. I wouldn't want to be stuck on it all night, but could work it in well with a DJ.
