I was told today about a product that you can install for free that allows you to consolidate all the IM programs into one viewer, so I for example, could use MSN, IM and AIM at the same time with one program - but I can't remember what it is called - can anyone help?

OK - I have made a number of posts since finding this site over a year ago and there seems to be a common thread. A guy posts his requirements and waits patiently for the results and the replys seem to be from the clique of people that have been communicating for ages and may have met once or more - and are largely tips to re-word the post, in jokes or something other than the expected response.
