I got into swinging via the adult contacts chat lines.
Actually met some single girls, and had some fun, then saw ads in the paper whihc had couples.
Also met up and had fun.
As for the web, I found most of the sites were rubbihs, but as soon as I saw this site I could tell there were genuine people here.
Ok, there are the tossers toom but that can't be helped!
I agree, that being nervous is part of it, that's part of the buzz.
Maybe get to know people via PMs or the chat room - basically I would say get stuck in -it's an adventure, and if you fancy trying it, it's better to try it and find you either do or don't like it, than not try it and always wonder!

Hi All,
I have had meet up experience before via paper ads, but my efforts online had so far ran up against rubbish sites.
I could tell this site had genuine people on, and after a couple of failed dogging attempts, I had success last night.
Having emailed, and spoken to the couple, and got all the advice on etiquette, I turned up at the place to find a car there which wasn't the one I expected.
There was however still plenty going on in the car!
After sitting in my car, their interior light went on, then the windo went down, so I slowly approached, and it was obvious they were happy for me to approach further.
I waited til i was asked if I wanted to join in, which I did!
Then someone else turned up, and then the couple I had arranged to meet.
So there were 2 couples and 2 singles, and *much* fun was had by all.
This is just to say thanks for a great site here, and for any other newbies, be patient, and the fun is there to be had!

I am the same as you, but remember, no-one is obligated to give a reply, and what soemtimes happens is when they say thanks but no thanks, they then get emails back saying 'oh go on! go on! go on!' etc.
I have had some thanks but no thanks, and let them know how much I appreciated it.
If you dont get a reply, dont worry, also remember us single males are way over subscribed(!) so jst keep plugging away and caryr on !

Not wishing to start a long email back and forth with mutual thanks, and I do accept that no-one has an obligation to reply at all!
I suppose at least it convinces people that others are genuine.
I have seen plenty of sites full of timewasters, and suspect a lot of the ad posters are not that genuine, but there ceratinly ARE real people here!

it did occur to me that may well be at least aware of swinging as she was talking to me, but since it was my first time, i was a bit nervous, and thought if they WERENT doggers, I might get a smash in the mouth if I didnt excuse myself.
The couple and I have rearranged for Tuesday, so hopefully better luck there.
They both want me to stay out of sight - as a novice to dogging, presumably this is not unusual?

We arranged a location, which I thogh I knew where it was.
I got hopelessly lost, and by the time I arrived it was nearly the end of the time they had stated.
I saw the car, approached, and someone waved a lit cigarette from the window.
I stood by the window which was open, and could see the woman sitting on top of theman.
She said hello, which was strange as she had said not to talk to them.
However, I said hello back and started to tell her how I had got lost.
She then said 'who are you looking for?'
"are you XXXXX I asked?'
'no' she replied.
Woops!
I apologised and wondered off!!
This was down a dark alley at around midnight!
I was laughing my head off at the situation.
Unfortunately the couple I SHOULD hve met had already gone.
Still you have to laugh - just thought Id share it with you!

Ive found that when I seem to meet the requirements of local people, send them a considered reply, I get no response at all.
This seems to happen a lot..
I understand some people can get a lot of response, but is it too much to expect even a short thansk but no thanks?
Or, is it just one of those things to accept I will get no response?

I think a face pic definitely indicates a degree of guineness (made up word), so thanks again for the advice.
