Edit: I've just removed about 8 replies because they are off topic, please guys and girls keep this to connection issues only, there's another thread and a support centre to report other bugs.
PLEASE NOTE: IE9 IS NOT CURRENTLY SUPPORTED AS IS STILL IN BETA (the browser, not the chat)

I am still experiencing problems connecting and when I do I get disconnected agin within minutes. A very unhappy paying customer!
