The whole process was painless and we did not even notice the switch over. They increased our bandwidth and threw in one of those homehubs for free. They even gave us £30 of gift vouchers!
We can now access the Chatroom during peak hours. This proves that the fault lies with peoples ISP's/ Tiscali and not www.swingingheaven.co.uk.
So all the people who gave admin, the tech guys and the ops hell about bad service and being ripped off due to the chatroom not working with their ISP... We think a big sorry is in order!
