Why do admin need to be informed? Surely they should be monitoring the status of the site anyway..? Not a dig at you, but just a general question seeing as this is a service we pay for...

Something has triggered an error on your website. This is the default error page for nginx that is distributed with EPEL. It is located /usr/share/nginx/html/
You should customize this error page for your own site or edit the error_page directive in the nginx configuration file /etc/nginx/

Same issue here for us, was the same last night too. Same error message. Guessing someones made an update somewhere that needs to be updated within this site too maybe ?
