A very hard paper-round as a kid
So far I have been tOld I look a lot younger than I am. Which I love. Its starnge that as we get older a lot of people get so super sensitive about age. I think its a double edged sword. We dont like the inference that as aprticular age we should be catergorised as being a particular type, that we cant have a particular lifestyle. But now I would give anything to have the sterotypical lifestyle that I used to think I should have by the time im 30. It just hasnt happen for me yet. I mean 30 makes me unmistakeabley a grown up and time to leave behind childish things.

When I was 18-19, I kept getting asked for ID when I went out 
Then I grew a beard and started losing my hair, and since then people consistently reckon I'm about 5-10 years older than I am. This was generally a good thing when I was 20, but less so now I'm 30.
I've even considered shaving off the beard to see if I look younger but:
a) Mrs. DP has threatened serious consequences should I ever shave my beard off.
b) After 11 years of beardiness, I think my chin might shivel up and drop off if I suddenly expose it to sunlight. :shock:

I do look young for my age which is nice in many ways of course, I probably look around 23/24 and I'm 28 soon. However it does sometimes get in the way when chasing my favourite kind of lady - the older woman! :lickface:

Some people are surprised to find I have a 28 year old son but then go on to say 'I didn't realise you were that old'
