I nearly lost my hubby in a car accident a few years back and I agree wholeheartedly with the sentiment posted here about ensuring you appreciate all those around you who are special.
Now whenever we are parting, even if just going to the shops, I always tell him I love him because you just never know. Its the same with the kids in the morning when they go off to school or out to play. They look at me as though I've lost it but hey ... who cares.
I hope your hubby has a speedy recovery and is back feeling fine and dandy in no time at all ... although with the nursing he is going to receive, he might just prolong his recovery wink
Poor Lee.
Don't plan on doing anything caring, but there's a BJ on offer, if it might help.
Hope he pulls through this quickly and cleanly Kaz. Our thoughts are with you both.
Squirtee-------glad it all worked out for you hun

Just told him Vix, his answer>>>>>>>>>>
glad someone realises its only my arm that doesn't work at the moment ;) and I'm holding her to the offer. and is a is a bj better than morphine
smile :): ;) ;)
Hopefully he'll get on line tomorrow to do some 1 finger typing :)
kaz
Kaz, it's all just an elaborate stunt so he can get some quality time on the PC wink
Get well soon, Lee kiss

I don't know about better than morphine, but a good bj should produce plenty of neurotransmitters that act on the same receptors, so it'd be a good substitute, with the advantage that as far as I'm aware it doesn't cause constipation.
Best wishes to you both, hope SirLee has a swift recovery and isn't too exhausted by repeated 'nursing'. wink
thanks for all the messages
not too good at the mo but getting better must admit feel better than i did when the doc stuck his finger into the wound up to his knuckle then had a good root around :fuckinghell:

hope so i dont want all this pain and nothing to show for it
Sorry to hear this. Hope it turns out rest is all that is needed.
Thats one reason I left welding, to many near misses.
Get well soon.
For all those peeps that have asked and shown concern smile I have put an update of the hospital visit on page 1 (and here- Just for you TnH kiss wouldn't like to strain that finger lol)
Thanks everyone
Just an update to let you all know what happened at the hospital today:
The stitches came out-SirLee wanted anesthetic first. just in case it hurt until the nurse promised to hold his hand rolleyes  The things men will say to have a sexy woman hold on to them
They think it will take at least a couple of months for him to get the strength back in the arm. He's to take at least another week off work, then try and gradually build the strength back up, DO NOTHING to put any strain on the muscle until its fully healed and to do light duties until it is. ffs how on earth do you do light duties in his job
He's chomping at the bit now and bored rigid, so all those offers of nursing duties and bj's etc would be greatly received if only to get him out of my hair for a bit :)
Thanks for everyones concern on here and by PM we've really appreciated it. :)
Tut, you could have copied it here for those of who use the last post link ;) hehe...
