And a massively obscure film from the 80s. British, with Rik Mayall I think. All I remember was it was about a rock group and aliens, and the aliens were the rock group or something. Oh, and an exploding cooker. God knows any more about it, but it was classic comedy.

That wouldn't be Morons from outer space would it?
I prefered Earth girls are easy (mainly because of the delicious Jeff Goldblum :twistedsmile

My pleasure....I have this mind that (when not occupied with naughty thoughts) is full of random really useless facts, I must remember to empty it one day!
Flash Gordon has to be mine, along with
all the Tremors movies
Josie and the Pussycats
Mars Attacks.............
betterstop there
:laughabove:
I remember watching the "Attack of the Killer Rabbits" the day after my dad (when I was a nipper) bought me a pet rabbit.
After I watched the film , I never fed the rabbit again and my dad had to give it away.
Just remembered (how could I forget these?) all the classic Godzilla movies, one of the longest running movie franchises, 1956-present

I tried watching them once, fell asleep halfway through the second one. Starship Troopers also has a straight-to-video sequel, but I haven't been bored/desperate enough to watch it yet.
Quote by Rollo Tomassi
Starship Troopers rolleyes

Starship Troopers is a great film, it took me two or three viewings to actually get what the writers and director were trying to say.
Try and get the original book - it is a sci-fi classic by Robert Heinlein. The film is quite true to the chronology of the book, but treats the subject matter in a less serious and cursory style.
If you liked the film, you'll enjoy the book.
But the red-haired girl trooper who gets disembowelled by the Bug Warrior and dies on the shuttle - she's my dream girl (obviously with all her guts in the right places) so if there's anyone out there who's female and looks like that, please send me a PM!!!!
I've been looking out for a copy for quite a while, as I'm a fan of old sci-fi.
Whilst on the subject of old sci-fi, I feel the need to mention The Day the Earth Stood Still . Not a B-movie in it's time, but I remember it being on TV when I was young and being terrified of the bloody robot.

Thunderbirds was Crap

The original with the puppets or the recent one, which I agree was crap.
Hides while he admits to actually liking the original as a kid
Pearl Harbour ;'if there's anymore like you back home, I'd be proud to be an American' or something equally stupid
Independence Day (far too many stars and stripes)
Show Girls (the orgasm in the pool, and all that pouting)
Road House (smack, bang, kapowie)

Show Girls (the orgasm in the pool, and all that pouting)

Incidentally voted the worst movie scene of all time.

Yes the dancing dolphine scene, truely terrible film. I watched it drunk with some friends, best laugh I had in ages!

Well...as I have seen Dune the film but not seen you Dune, then I meant the film :P however, if we ever meet and you turn out to be 'great' then I shall gladly come back and edit this
:P
I think Dune is a great film, although the Theatical Cut is awful, It gives a much better impression of what the film is in the 3 Hour TV Edit of the film which is hopefully coming out on dvd in :1 and 5.1 early next year.
Favourite Bad film, Troll 2 for me, great fun.
