I have BPH. Basically an enlarged prostate. It is not cancer. I take a medication for it called Tamsulosin which enlarges the "tubes" to help me to pee better (Dustasteride is another one, but that will reduce libido and give a disinterest in sex) but it also stops liquid ejaculation, not orgasm. Sometimes I get a small amount of ejaculate, but normally nothing. Some people like it because cum can be messy, someone has to clean it up.
But I guess the reason we have very few people contact us is because I have been open about it on our profile. But that is the only effect. I can still get hard, can still last and have a lot of fun. If anyone has seen us in other places on cam, they will know I can rise to the occasion.
Cancer is a different ball game. The removal of the prostate will normally lead to total impotence. The removal nearly always damages the nerves in the area. My brother has stage 4 prostate cancer, he is unable to perform at all other than orally or digitally.
The thing is guys, don't be scared of non ejaculation. Be open and honest, don't try and pull the old "I can dry orgasm" trick, you may be asked to cum normally and that leaves you high and, errr, dry?

Very well said. I have an enlarged prostrate and also taking the same medication. It has also been found that I have very early stage cancer too. They're not doing anything about this, only monitoring for now but the thought of ever losing my prostrate frightens the hell out of me
Just to add my bit to this topic. I have an enlarged prostate and take medication to help with urinating. The side effect though is that I don't ejaculate, at least not the amount and thickness that I used to produce. It's not a problem though, as I still get an excellent orgasm. I like to say that I get the 'whizz but not the Jizz'
This is something I developed the capability of doing when I was quite young. During a massive sex session after cumming many times, my balls would be wrung dry. Sometimes this meant that I couldn't get another orgasm, but often I could carry on and shoot blanks. It can be just as physically enjoyable as when I shoot a load.
I had prostate cancer about 6 years ago and ended up with a radical prostatectomy (removal of the prostate). One of the nerves that get me hard was cut through during the operation, but with medication (Tadalafil 5mg once a day and Sildenafil - Viagra in common parlance twice a week) this is not a problem. I too have dry orgasms, after being a decent cummer before the op. I have all the sensation, but none of the mess. All i have to add is, Gents, if you think you have a problem, please get tested. 5 minutes of being poked about where the sun don't shine (you might even enjoy it! ) is better than the rest of eternity pushing up daisies!! Ladies, please encourage get your guys to get checked.

Yup! I've given a BJ to a guy on several occassions and he had - shall we say - scant out put
He said it was because he had so little sex at home that his body had stopped producing the fluid - personally I think he spent too much time wanking!

It happens to me when I wank to much . I Limit myself to every other day and one want 🙄.
Wow im sad . I need a women
Just thought this needed resurrecting! With Prostate Cancer in the news again with Sir Chris Hoys diagnosis and terminal prognosis, it is beholden on every man to watch for signs of possible Prostate cancer. Mostly, there are no symptoms, but there are signs that you need to get checked. These include:
Frequent or urgent need to urinate, especially at night
Difficulty starting or holding back urination
Weak or interrupted urine flow
Painful or burning urination
Blood in the urine or semen
Painful ejaculation
Frequent pain or stiffness in the lower back, hips, pelvic or rectal area, or upper thighs
Dribbling of urine
Unexplained weight loss
Family history of cancer
Of course, it may not be cancer, but are you prepared to risk it? Forget the thought of some butch guy fingering your bum! Mostly it is now just a blood test to measure PSA levels. I have BPH (Benign Prostate Hyperplasia) which is an inconvenience rather than a danger and there are drugs that work well to minimise the problems, also used in treatment of Prostate Cancer.
Sir Chris probably ignored the signs, thinking they were just a consequence of getting older. My brother did the same and is now facing the same prognosis. Like Sir Chris, my bro is still well and able to go away on holidays, but he did retire early. But it could have been so different...
Adding my perspectives here (a new member). In my humble (and direct) experience, you can dry cum if you have had a vasectomy. In my case I orgasm with all the intensity or pre-operation (maybe more actually), but the liquid component is 'scant' and/or may be delayed in appearance by a minutenor so. It's a side effect of having one of your your tubes sealed to prevent the ability to impregnate. It does make you feel less 'manly' because there will be no more 'filling up', and you may not realise this is going to happen before you have the operation. But on the flip side, many ladies seem to prefer this drier state - though equally I appreciate some may find it disconcerting, or unsatisfying! However, I can still deliver much pleasure, and any lovely lady wishing to avail herself of the experience may be welcome!!

Hi Guys......I gave a guy a blowjob and he came, but he didn't cum......if that makes sense....
I mean I felt him cum in terms of his whole body going rigid, but there was no liquid, so to speak , has this happened to anyone else?
Hi this problem it’s normal for diabetics I have same problem I feel how my cum load come but nothing just dry orgasm
I had the snip, so no pipes connected, then enlarged prostate and required an operation, I produce pre cum, lube, but do not ejaculate, what I will say is I still have orgasm, and if anything it is way more powerful, my whole body quivers, shakes, so powerful I can’t help but moan loud, my erections are still rock hard too.
Yes as some have said diabetes and some prostate meds can cause this issue. I was on tamsulosin to reduce an enlarged prostate and very soon found all my ejaculate was going backwards to come out with my piss rather than a fountain of spunk. Thats life. But i stopped taking the med as i like having fountains of spunk 😛
I have always been able to do this since I was a teenager, but never could control it. When I was young it happened after screwing all day and running out of cum. I used to screw so much it made my balls ache and feel as if they had been wrung dry. These days it happens probably because having sex on a daily basis, I just run out of cum and it will happen first time. If I hold off sex for a few days and then have really exciting sex I cum loads again and flood her.
