ok peeps, I'm really tearing my hair out with pain here. One month I'm in so much pain yet another month just want to scratch someones eyes out. HELP PLEASE!! banghead

This is a serious thread so genuine advice please.
I'm 37 yrs old- could I be starting the dreaded C word? God I feel old :cry:

I'm an expert PMT'er hence my signature.
I just accept I'm a nasty bitch and wonder why everyone else has a problem with it.
I've tried all the remedies but nothing has helped. Fred just hides the knives and any other sharp objects and takes cover for a week. I wish he would come out because I can't work the remote for the telly and now I'm really getting mad :twisted: :twisted:

It's horrible to feel this bad every month and believe me, I get so bad my family said they would spend one week every month in a tent just to get away from me !!!! Seriously, get your GP to check you over. You might have something as simple as fibroids which are easily treated. At the very least he should prescribe you strong painkillers for that time. I'm on 600mg Ibuprofen 4 times a day and it's the only thing that does the trick. A hot water bottle also soothes the pain as does a nice warm bath. Hope this helps kiss

her tempers are fierce and her moods have no trend
it's a good job i love her a lot
She gives me no warning of what is in store,
and erupts at the drop of a hat
i've stopped trying to find out what is wrong anymore
why she finds fault in this & in that
My once gentle darling is now snapping & snarling
and all that i do is still wrong
being caring and loving, reassuring and giving
brings even more spite from her tongue
This female behavior that causes such stress
that in men would be labelled, 'Quite mad'
Has no rhyming or reason but when it's in season
pmt wears us blokes down a tad
Who else would she pick on to let it all out
when the needle goes in to the red
but i've had enough. I'm not taking her 'stuff'
so i've gone 'till she sorts out her head

I'm on the pill and I've never had such emotional up-heaval as I have since I started on it ages ago. EVENING PRIMROSE OIL CAPSULES

However they must me a minimum 1000mg and must be taken every day without fail.
I am on 1300mg from Holland and Barrett and I've stopped trying to ram my car off the roads these days.
It's your age as well, unfortunately. If your hair starts falling out too, take vitamin B12 tablets. I wasn't a herby head until all these things happened to me last year, but now I swear by them.
Have a check over by the Doc as well as stressing over something that doesn't exist isn't going to help much either. I seriously thought I was suffering with heart failiure, I was even making arrangements for my daughter to go and live with my sister if I died.
