I'm an expert PMT'er hence my signature.
I just accept I'm a nasty bitch and wonder why everyone else has a problem with it.
I've tried all the remedies but nothing has helped. Fred just hides the knives and any other sharp objects and takes cover for a week. I wish he would come out because I can't work the remote for the telly and now I'm really getting mad

It's horrible to feel this bad every month and believe me, I get so bad my family said they would spend one week every month in a tent just to get away from me !!!! Seriously, get your GP to check you over. You might have something as simple as fibroids which are easily treated. At the very least he should prescribe you strong painkillers for that time. I'm on 600mg Ibuprofen 4 times a day and it's the only thing that does the trick. A hot water bottle also soothes the pain as does a nice warm bath. Hope this helps kiss
a period drama
...........................
She's driving me barmy, i'm at my wits end
i reckon she's losing the plot
her tempers are fierce and her moods have no trend
it's a good job i love her a lot
She gives me no warning of what is in store,
and erupts at the drop of a hat
i've stopped trying to find out what is wrong anymore
why she finds fault in this & in that
My once gentle darling is now snapping & snarling
and all that i do is still wrong
being caring and loving, reassuring and giving
brings even more spite from her tongue
This female behavior that causes such stress
that in men would be labelled, 'Quite mad'
Has no rhyming or reason but when it's in season
pmt wears us blokes down a tad
Who else would she pick on to let it all out
when the needle goes in to the red
but i've had enough. I'm not taking her 'stuff'
so i've gone 'till she sorts out her head
innocent bolt

Arghhhhhhhh! <scratches out neils eyeballs>
I was actually talking of putting a thread up saying... "Please stroke me! I'm feeling fragile" in a long winded and very ramble-esque kind of way! redface
I'm on the pill and I've never had such emotional up-heaval as I have since I started on it ages ago. The few days before on my 'break week' I am insecure, paranoid, fiesty, irritable, tearful, nympho, insatiable, broody, uncaring, oversensistive and murdering bitch from hell all in one little mood swinging package! biggrin Amongst other triats which I'm sure nellie will tell every one for me! mad rolleyes
And you wonder why he takes cover! lol  If I were him, I'd go on holiday three days per month. I'm going to the docs too to get my hormone levels checked cos the beard and mustache are really getting on my nerves now! ;) It's not good when its him that walks away with stubble rash! surprisedops: ;)
I'm not much use right now but here is a :therethere: and know I'm right in there with you honeybunch! :D
kiss Gem. x - pmt central
Amongst other triats which I'm sure nellie will tell every one for me!

of course i wouldn't do that! rolleyes discretion ((( and a certain degree of general squeamishness! ))) would forbid it! :P
besides this . . .
. . . insecure, paranoid, fiesty, irritable, tearful, nympho, insatiable, broody, uncaring, oversensistive and murdering bitch from hell . . .

pretty much covered it!

:passionkiss: luv ya really, but don't tell anyone, my bitch on stick image would go right out the window! lol ;)
A very good friend of mine suffered terribly once a month, she found that by taking primrose oil regularly it really calmed it down,at least made it bearable :!:

Fine, fuck off there then and see how long they put up with you raiding their chocolate stash. And even if you did go to the shop with my money and buy the rankest chocie in the world ever and then sit and complain about it while scoffing it down...... they can bloody well keep you until you are well trained in the art of buying chocolate that doesn't take like they forgot to add the cocoa and has the nutritional value of a wet weekend in bognor regis. mad Taste the difference? :? between waht?? A wet dishcloth and the chocolate you brought back??? :? Hmmmm? rolleyes
Once youve managed to find that own brand supermarket chocolate is pants in nearly every case, even Mr. J. < I donated a million to labour party scandle > Sainsbury's home made chocie really doesnt come up to scratch and its Galaxy or Yorkies all the way! :x
Only once this training and lesson has been taught may you return and it better be with a turck load of decent chocolate and a Norah jones Cd or youre packing your bags my lad. :x
Got it??? :x
Have you??? :x
Understand??? :x

Good! biggrin passionkiss
You are not alone.

EVENING PRIMROSE OIL CAPSULES

However they must me a minimum 1000mg and must be taken every day without fail.
I am on 1300mg from Holland and Barrett and I've stopped trying to ram my car off the roads these days.
It's your age as well, unfortunately. If your hair starts falling out too, take vitamin B12 tablets. I wasn't a herby head until all these things happened to me last year, but now I swear by them.
Have a check over by the Doc as well as stressing over something that doesn't exist isn't going to help much either. I seriously thought I was suffering with heart failiure, I was even making arrangements for my daughter to go and live with my sister if I died.
Try it, what have you got to lose?
