Hello to all the good and sexy people here!
I am sooo new to all of this!I have looked for a free swingers site for an age and i was given a link to swingers heaven by a glad i came here!
Never done any swinging before..!
I did find a couple of adds straight away that seemed very enticing so i am hopefull things may come together here(!)
but it is good to ask for advice,so would you recommend general chit chat on the forum before maybe posting and ad myself?Any advice much appreciated!

Good luck with your replies, as a single bloke you are in a majority within the site, so do not be too disappointed if your first contacts do not result in a meet.

Would definately recommend chatting in the forum first, get to know people, have a laugh. I find that trawling through ads when you have no idea of someones personality a bit daunting. Let the real you show through in here for a while biggrin

- also gives you a chance to just chat to like minded people.
Anyway, enough of my drivel! confused

yeh welcome from a fellow newbie.
seems that single guys need a PR makeover. how any woman is supposed to sort the wheat from the chaff i don't know. failure rate in responses from single blokes must be massive, well that's the impression i get from reading some of the comments. so if your a genuine, fit, clean, generally top bloke, how do you find your way through the maze.
wait, stop! please,anyone who knows the answer to the above question, don't post it on the site. i'll work it out for myself and corner the market!!!!!

My advice to single guy newbies is to take some time on this site to join in the forums and chat, before summoning up your courage and going to one of the many swinging clubs - those of us here on the site who go to these clubs are usually very willing to give advice, and in addition the "clubs and parties" section offers reviews and details. This guarantees that you will meet people genuinely interested in swinging, as opposed to the many time-wasters who unfortunately hang around. Granted there are some, both singles and couples, who genuinely intend to meet up but get cold feet, others I suspect have no intention of doing so.

Welcome! my advice echoes Mike's. Stick around, let people get to know you and have fun. Therefore any swinging action resulting from that will be a juicy, brucy bonus. Single guys are in the majority, like Kitkat says, so just be yourself and I'm sure you'll have fun.

I posted an ad on friday ... in the space of 48 hours i had received 64 replies ... 1 was outstanding, 4 were pretty good as for the rest dunno

some were just bad, some were awful and a handful were disgusting !!!! :shock: .... bearing in mind I had used the words '.... friendship and maybe fun with the right person'

well thanks v much for such a warm welcome!I kinda figured being a single guy might work against me!!(its not like i cant get a date or anything!)
dating as such has its pitfalls to some extent in that often sadly many people are backwards at coming forwards(!?!)when it comes to the kind of places i go out to(rock clubs!)the girls are usually pretty young and often too concerned with looking upfront approach to sex is hidden under a provacative exterior..that is they look hot but tend to be a bit cool!!
So figured on dipping my toe in the swinging world just see how warm it is.(hmm am i developing some kind of temperature fetish here? "warm,hot,cool"!!)

Ha!thought my hopes were dashed for a moment then!!Last girl i dated was exactly `my type`.betty page haircut,tattoos,great cleavage,liked the same music and talked dirty to my friends when i was not around..so a freind worked hard to get us together,seemed like a gift from the gods! but hold on..NO SEX !Like nothing in about two months of dating .She did apologise blaming it on being tired from work and so on so i was very cool about the whole thing,these things can take time but when it came to my birthday and nothing happened i figured that maybe i should be looking for someone who is alot more sure of what they want!!(No blowjob, and not even a card!!)

Hoefully I will get something done soon in my 'Help for Newbies' section which may help the singlies with their ads and how to respond to others. It won't help everyone, as some are well beyond that, but for those who take the time and trouble to do more than the one-liners, it can help you stand out from the crowd.
And before I forget - XDavidX - Welcome, stick around and have fun. Yes, there are one or two swingers in the NW, so you are in the very BEST of company!! lol
