Before any of you old farts jump in and spoil our chances just bugger off and leave us alone to prowl...........

We are Fred and Wilma... Old - not half!  We were her in the early days - in fact I wrote all the rules for the chat room and the forums, was a moderator of both, and we used to hold regular parties that were themed - who remembers "The Flintsones" and the "Uniform Party", both of which led me to do the "Full Monty" on two unsuspecting females in my full firefighters uniform?

We were just talking earlier about "the good old days" and we both ended up logging in for the first time in years.

So we know where Jags is - (she who hates cock pics!), we got Will and Sappho together at our party and they went off and got married, and I was even responsible for ringing the Lawyers for the Women's Institute to promise to take down the Swinging Heaven WI Web Pages because they came the top of the list of searches for the WI on the internet - I FUCKING KID YOU NOT!

We miss you guys! Where are Jas and Tim? NW Couple, Mr & Mrs FC, Sgt Bilko, Artificer, Kitkat, Mandy 1964, Blond Dazzle, Corrie, Angel Chat, Missie etc..................

AND WHO THE HELL LET THE WOMEN INTO THE GFZ?

Some of those you mention are long since gorn, others not so and Bilko still props up the Oz SH (or at least he did)

But i'm sure some others you may recongise will call by at some point....Mal/Sarah/WooHoo/ maybe?  Part of the furniture they are.

Fred?  Wilma?  Oh, yes, I think I remember.  My feeble old brain doesn't do that very well these days.

But what I do remember is that the GFZ was always so full of women you could hardly move.  Whoever was in charge of that never did a very good job of keeping them out.  You'd almost think they wanted it that way.

 Absolutely nothing!  We loved every minute of the website, helping set up the rules and training mods, dealing with letters from solicitors for the WI, the munches we went to and the parties we had..........

Some of our best friends are from this site.

We just got so busy in our lives that we just concentrated on that.  It did not mean we have not done anything naughty in the last few years - we just have not been on the forum.

I bet training mods was an interesting task (unless it was just technical training, press this to edit a post, etc.)?  Why you'd even try in the first place is beyond us.  Any mod 'worth their salt' would, surely, have their own thoughts, views and morals (or lack of ;-) ) in the first place?

Writing the rules and making it up as we went along was ok, if a little scary at times.  Training mods for the forums was easy enough but ops for the chat rooms was more difficult as we had to use a different piece of software and scripts to moderate the rooms and there were things that people knew what to do such as auto kicks and things like that to fight back so we had to train ops to deal with it all.  Some people came into the chat rooms to cause trouble and the toughest time was just after the Stan Collymore dogging incident where we had numpties galore all over the website and literally hundreds of people to ban and ads to remove etc.  Lots of the mods and ops wanted to hang up their spurs after that as we had worked stupid hours.  All played to a background of the fact that we had to try and be impartial even when other people wound us up.  Stupid stuff like "why did you not invite me to your party" and things like that.  I have to say the mods and ops were all supportive of one another and used to keep one another in line.  We did have a few problems with mods and ops as well so some of the mods were super users to cope with it all.  

How did this interfere with our swinging lifestyle?  Massively......  We spent so much time modding and opping we did not have the time to perv ourselves!

I have just gone and found an old thread where I spat my dummy out - interesting reading.......

I have to say though, I have just gone to the last page of that thread and followed the links to some of the old threads that were around at that time and have had tears running down my face........ we obviously had far too much time on our hands and the good times outweighed the bad.

Hi Sarah,

We knew about a wedding and babies - only because we saw them just before the babies popped out and a short while later...

We knew about Harry as well.

Some of the others we still keep in touch with, some of who have since been divorced and no longer together but we are still friends.

I have a photo somewhere of all the badges Wilma pinched at a Munch somewhere - will have to dig it out!

That was funny.  For those who did not know her Jags was a Mod who was forever ranting about "cock pics" on profiles as she HATED them with a passion.  We had a party and we named a corner of a room "Jags Corner" for the party and printed out loads of cock pics from the profiles and stuck them all over the wall for her.  Quite a few of us got a slap for that!

I don't think any of us were that innocent were we? LOL
