No No No No No!!!!!
Mine are WAY too sensitive to be licked, sucked or played with - for me it's downright painful. A pity as I feel I'm missing out on something.
Most girls I know/have known love their nipples being played with - some like it hard, some gentle it all depends on the girl. My current girlfriend likes a gentle slow flick with my tongue, another girl a year or so ago almost needed them to be yanked off to get anything out of it.

Anything between the lightest touch of the lips or tongue and a gentle pinch or graze with the teeth is good. Not enough women think to try it for some reason.

I personally can stand a little bit, licking maybe. Anything is just waaaay too ticklish.
