Married people joining the site without partners consent

I was suddenly struck this morning by the number of married men who have joined since Christmas, and been honest enough to say "I am married, and on here without my partners knowledge, I love my partner dearly but I am just looking for something a little extra."
Given that it is generally accepted that the number of domestic arguments rises over the Christmas period, and this is usually attributed to the fact that for many couples this is the one time in the year that they spend any significant amount of time together, I have a question for all those who are married, on here without their partners consent, and have joined recently.
Did Christmas have something to do with you being here now?
And please, no bun fights over this, all views on whether or not you approve of people in here without partners knowledge are banned (including mine wink

).

That`s a very interesting theory, one which I`d like to see the outcome of! I agree with Kat, there are plenty of other existing threads to get judgemental on!

My take on this subject is that the married guys are there all the time - certainly in the photo ads. The majority of replies I get, no matter what I'm actually advertising for, want day time meets (their partners think they're at work, see rolleyes

), or are very choosy about what evenings they can do. Most will say they're in a relationship so this is fact rather than my own interpretation. I think Kat does have a point though. We have seen quite a few married guys log on to the forum recently. Maybe Xmas and the New Year makes people take stock of their lives. Maybe it is some form of "new years resolution" to get a more active sex life, or more swinging fun, or maybe just a free shag or three, however you want to describe it.
It is an interesting topic, I hope some of the married guys do answer smile

married tends to mean you have family commitments, swimming club, football practice, bluddy gymnastics, judo (the list goes bluddy on and on, you are lucky to get sitting down at the computer for 5mins...rant off).
You are being slightly cynical to presume that they are only wanting daytime meets because their partners think they're at work. Personal time is a luxury that married men do not have.

I'm not being cynical at all. I have my info directly from the horse's mouth. Loads of guys tell me they can only do day times cos their partners will assume theya re at work. As I said, I am stating fact, none of what I said was my own interpretation.
For what it's worth I prefer day time meets too cos I also find that personal time is a luxury I don't often have. I use work time to shag, cos I don't have my own flipa

i have to say, i KNOW what blue is saying is coprrect, as i have had the same emails myself!
they often start something along the lines of " ........as i am married i need/expect discretion and am only available in the daytime...."
to me this is not saying someone wants to meet me in the daytime cos its the only time he has free. its saying he wants to meet me in the daytime cos its the only time he has where he wife wont notice!
this seems to be getting a bit off topic of the origioanl post now, so i will be the goody and bring it back on by saying that i DO think that holliday times are a time when more men are wanting to have extra marital relationships.
i think it may be something to do with the fact that thry are off work and expect things on the marriage front to perk up . when this fails to happen it makes them more diss-satisfied than normal and so they go out looking.

There's tons of married women in the photo adds, go look, they say it themselves.
The title of the thread is "married people" and as it happens there's regular posters in this forum who are married women playing without their partners consent.

Your right about there being more important thigs to be judgemental about!! An i particulary think those that tell others how to run their marriages should at least have the decenty to be married themselves.

Perhaps it is just any holiday period this applies to, married men with a wee bit of spare time on their hands, not really used to actually socialising with their own wife and kids, kids are getting on their tits, wife resents him for all the bluddy mess about the place now that everyone is stomping about the house all day and she is left to clean it up....discover SH when they are reading their NOTW on the bog, and bobs your uncle fannys your auntie, they think "I'll give that a go, take a picture of me dick and by this time next week they'll be hanging from it"

yup - that seems to fit the pattern well.
we can probably do a calculation based on what month easter falls on, we will be able to predict when to expect the next huge rise in membership!

Ever considered that some people (be it male or female) have partners working shifts and have relatives to look after (old & young)? There are couples who both work shifts and how they get time together beats me completely. Sometimes the ONLY time (permitted or otherwise) is week daytime... Those folks that have a regular 9-5 M-F job are so fortunate too I think.

one though is I can see that two members here are playing separately oblivious to their nearest and dearests knowledge! God knows what fun / calamity will arise should they meet accidently.... rolleyes

Now I'm showing my age here but wasn't there a song in the 70's that was about a cpl splitting up and they put ads in personal section of newspaper and realised they had lots in common and met each other. Seem to remember one of the lines was 'if you like Pina Colada, and gettin caught in the rain' etc

I am married but things have dried up at home since my wife had the kids. Not saying it's her fault but at 41 I still have needs (while I can).

I think you could be right about the holiday romance syndrome... Not for me I joined in the holiday, but Lorri was looking over my shoulder when I registered, she helped me choose the name, (which is not my usual pen name elsewhere).. Main reason I'm here is somewhere to read interesting posts and replies, have a say occasionally, and post my collection of erotic stories on the story board.
I don't think we should be judgemental of singles looking for some spice in their otherwise boring existence, male or female, we lucky ones with understanding partners can't possibly know the boredom or even hell others go through in their relationships... Just don't get caught guys and gals. :twisted:
