Phew.. I used to think the odd day (through boredom, not doing anything, feeling horny) knocking out 4 or 5 (and playing for longer) was overdoing it a bit. How busy you are is definitely a factor.
Usually nowadays it varies a lot between say twice a week and 2 or 3 times a day. Have even gone for almost a whole week without before but that requires certain circumstances. Sounds like the boredom thing is a very common factor.
