I listen to the Basement Jaxx or Freemasons when I'm walking. I'm not a big fan of dance music in general but both of those have a good beat and make me walk a bit quicker than normal!

I'm with Mrs B... Prince is a good one, especially the track Lets go crazy! I've been listening to a lot of eighties stuff on my pod when I walk, the Flashdance soundtrack is a good one to walk to, and also anything by Adam and the Ants.. trot to the drum beats!
Have fun, and enjoy your pod... if you want me to burn you a disc let me know

Clare from Steps has just brought out a fitness DVD/CD from when she left steps, went up to fifteen stone and how, by dancing to her music is now back down to a size 10... I wanted to put it in the trolley the other night at Tesco's but was told in no uncertain terms it was 'too gay'![]()

the cure, any good merengue song, skunk anansie, most classics from the 80's, lou reed (walk on the wild side, good for walking AND for the bedroom;) although there you might not want to use your ipod), anything light, with a decent rythm and that has a general feelgood vibe should do the trick
but if you plan to walk around town like this do call..because I want to see it :giggle:
