OK I know every woman is different, just want to ask how other woman are when 'the time of the month' hits them and do the men suffer as well smackbottom .
I started last night and I tend to be tired, moody picky with food trouble sleeping and always need a fecking pee  lol.
Poor Richard has to put up with all this clingy cuddly nasty moody person he's says one minute I'm all hugs and kisses :inlove: then I rip his head off :taz: .
So how is the worst week of the month for you lot?
Donna xxxxxxxxxxxx
I just crave chocolate... and I find that when my other half and I go to London and people act like we're invisible I lose my rag a lot quicker...
Pass me a Milky Bar or Toblerone somebody quick!!!!! biggrin
Used to be hell on earth in our house. My daughter n me both at the same time. Even the dogs used to hide lol
About 10 days before i get a really blue mood :fuckinghell: If im ever guna get angry or lose my temper this is it! lasts a day or 2 then its gone
7 days before i get a bad stomach evil and the spots start to come out rolleyes
3 - 4 days before - i cry  sometimes it lasts a minute sometimes hours on and off
2 days before - i start to eat anything i can :fatcowemote: and spots get to the worst point, usually feel more tired than usual at this point and hair gets more greasy
The night before - i get randy as hell hump
The morning - wake up randy as hell, spots start to clear have bad cramps aches etc for first 3 - 4 hours, usually bleed for 48 hours
2 weeks later it all starts again

I always know when Im ovulating, can actually feel ovulation pains, doubles me over sometimes. Most women are randy around ovulation too...its natures way of making us pro-create...telling us to shag when we're most likely to get preggers!
My periods are like clockwork, I have severe PMT so much so that none of my mates ring me wen Im due on (the whole world knows my cycle!) redface . My mom rings me just for an argument wen I have PMT mad
I have a 26 day cycle one month, then a 30 day cycle the next month...so clearly I have one ovary lazier than the other cool
Five days before I come on, I get a migraine which will last till I start bleeding...
Four days before I come on, I eat all the chocolate the world has to offer....
Three days before I come on I get so moody I will kill any mother f****r that looks at me wrong....
Two days before I come on, I overheat...think that the sun is falling from the sky Im so hot...Also have period pains start (I have fibroids and endometriosis so these are classic symptoms!)
The night before, still in agony by now and cant sleep cuz hot, uncomfortable and raging in my bed over nothing...just wanna moan about anything!
Bleeding starts...mood is back to happy...in absolute agony so the pain killers (and many other drugs I have to take for the fibroids/endometriosis) make me all warm and fuzzy lol
Bleed heavy for 2 days, usually faint at least once, cant leave house on day 1...can function on day 2....bleed normal for another 5 days and the cycle starts again.....
OH THE JOY! rolleyes
Luckily, I don't have the periods but I do still have PMT and boy does Mollers suffer.
I don't get PMT and don't think I ever have- i try and tell den he is v lucky!!!
OH MY WORD...I grow an extra 3 heads me!!! I become really clumsy/butter-fingered, cry at the drop of a hat and become she devil with my temper! evil
I am one of the lucky girls that doesnt suffer with anything like PMT. Well I say that but maybe you need to check with a guy that I'm with around the time biggrin
I do sympathise with girlies that do though must be hell and my heart goes out to the guys........poor sod, take it like men will you lol

Noooo, they arent hot flushes they are power surges!!!
Last day of my red army invasion horny as hell and Richard away for the night mad :x :x :x :x
I went on the depo for a few years and haven't had a period since. I've been off it for about 6 months, but my new method of contraception works in a similar way (i'm told) so I may not get them back while I am taking it.
Strangely I'm not too fussed if they do come back as I hated them.
I get very very mild symptoms still, such as tender boobs, more frisky and emotional highs and lows, but nothing like as moody as I was when I did have them. Just more likely to cry watching a weepy film or let things get on top of me that normally would just be a matter of sorting out the best I could.
Periods are evil!

Oh how I miss Depo. I had it for about 7 years until my body started to reject it. It was great when it worked - I didn't have a period for 7 years! When it started not working I then bled constantly with a break of maybe 2 days in every month for nearly a year before the docs figured out what the cause was rolleyes
I've been on some form of contraception since I was 14 so when that happened, I decided to leave off altogether. BIG mistake. My PMT was always bad but it's getting worse month by month. This week poor *Him* REALLY got it for something I blew out of all proportion. I mean real screaming, shouting and crying (and we NEVER argue) I might look into Oil of evening primrose to see if that eases it up a bit.
Other than that, I don't get any other symptoms until I actually come on then oh my god - the pain!
I'd go back on the pill or try depo again if it wasn't for the fact that we get married in 11 months and we want to start trying for a baby straight after the wedding..... Still on the plus side - only 11 more to go lol

There's a music equipment shop in Birmingham call Professional Music Technology, on the ring road. As you drive up to it you just see PMT in giant letters...what were they thinking?

It was also the name of the biggest bus company where I grew up in Staffs.
My mum still wonders why I smirk when she tells me she's "getting the PMT on Thursday" :lol2:
Just googled- and it stands for "Potteries Motor Traction" apparently. There are bus fansites. :uhoh:
