Even if he is a doctor, he (or anyone else, for that matter) shouldn't be telling people what drugs to take - prescription or not.
If it's a real problem, go to your own doctor and ask for advice.

If this is the case then don't worry about P.E. and certainly don't get involved with having a wank before hand. It may be good advice if you're off out and hoping to get lucky with a relative stranger and want to impress but if you're in a relationship then why waste your time having a wank? Just shoot your load early WITH her by having a good BJ or wank off your partner.
