Was just chatting to DevonDelight and we thought it might be a good idea to run this thread.
What with munches, parties, socials and lots of driving coming up in the near future, it would give us all a place to check in and see whats happening around the country. Links to live outdoor web cams would be a good idea too.
We welcome your thoughts, and just to start us off:

Temp: Feckin cold, about 6deg at the moment
Precipitation: Pissing down
Wind: about 12 / 16 mph with much higher gusts (high sided vehicles take care)

South Shields is clear blue sky (at least it was before sunset) and no rain.
It got up to six or seven degrees this afternoon, warm enough to wander 'round the corner to the shop in my t-shirt and jeans. smile
Tonight is likely to get very cold here, we've had quite hard frost for the past few nights.
