I have to agree with several other people on here the song I loathe the most is IMAGINE John Lennon I have to turn radio off or tv over if it comes on. Also Take That I cried when they reformed, wot has the world come too smile

Never got and never will get Morrissey or The Smiths bloody hang the DJ. We have probaly all thought of doing that to Steve Wright at some point in our lives smile

It was part of a CD that was supposed to be relaxing music but encompassed many of the no no's mentioned above. Sure there was a Michael Bolton one but the worst one was "I've never been to me" by Charlene.

I've read through this thread (a first time for me LOL) and I agree and disagree in about equal proportion. But I have a song that I believe absolutely everyone will agree with me for hating with a passion likely to put the kindest listener into a frothing rage.
The first line or two will be enough, I don't want to cause too much trauma.

I'm usually quite broad minded in my listening habbits, if it gets my feet tapping or the lyrics get me thinking then i'll usually give it a fair go
But
I know this isn't excactly a song as such, but there is one tune that really makes my blood boil with a vengance mad

another one i cant stand is 'ooops upside your head' played at family 'do's'.....
you know the one where everyone sits on the floor in their best party togs, amongst all the stray bits of squashed buffet, spilled blue WKD and dog ends) and rocks from side to side slapping the floor and then forwards and backwards..... (sheepishly hopes that this is NOT just a Northern thing lol

I always end up feeling like Ive done a hundred ab crunches by the end of the record, and the back of my skirt looks like the 'before' laundry in a 'vanish powder' advert.
(however I DO like things like the timewarp, agadoo and the misic man etc........does anyone else get up to the 'action' songs when they've had a few??)
