We spend many a happy hour or two just chatting to friends and play mates on here (MSN too). As we are still relatively new its a great source of information too.

Yeh its a point worth mentioning that some of us who were here before it was a paysite dont have to pay. If they told me tommorow I had to pay for this I wouldent. There are other places I can get what I get here for free. I would miss the forum but I dont pay to use forums and I wouldent here.

I think the word genuine is over used. I get called fake in chat because I wont meet someone, now, because I wont meet them does that make me not genuine or does it just mean that I don't want to meet that particular person?

I agree 'H' it is over used and I find it funny that the people who used it dont seem to be able to define it. lol

Its just one of those words that people use in the hope others will have faith in their intentions I guess but experience has taught me to take a lot of no notice......if that makes sense

Ahh, well said that man.... For once we agree.
We are genuine after all we exist and we do play but if that is taken as we will play with anyone who asks then were as fake as they come..
We take nothing for granted from anyone, we 'expect' nothing from a meet. We hope people feel the same when they chat and meet us too but sadly we have also come accross our fair share of people who after your chatting and even meeting if you decide not to take things further decide to brand you with some sort of tag or other..
The thing is.. after all the bad mouthers the fakes the crap and the dissapointments we have met some fantastic and lovely people.. and had some fab fun too!
True to say some here are not quite what they seem.. in fact we recal seeing a sentence here that still rings as true today as it did then

Expect nothing and your never dissapointed eh!!

People are here for all kinds of reasons, some for fun, some just for social reasons.
Just because you're on a swinging site and class yourself as a swinger, doesn't mean you have to shag anything with a pulse and ruin the bedpost with notches

I agree and what if a couple/single are really nervous and need time to adjust to the scene? It could take them months before they are ready to meet, it's a big step especially for those in a relationship/marriage.

Seems this has touched a lot of nerves and made some people get what the hell this site is all about, the point of this thread is to get across to some not all that Swinging Heaven is for the liberated couples/singles who want to meet up, we know a couple who put an addy up saying they are not meeting at the present and where promptly banned for life off admin, the reason given by admin was this is a swingers site and for people who want to meet so given that FACT nearly everyweek in chat we see couples,single fems and single guys saying they do not meet.
It would be fantastic if Admin could make a comment on this and clear it up.

Being a swinger is an individual thing, no one sets out any 1 - 10 rules on how a swinger should perform. Your interpretation may be completely different to mine. Genuine is the ones who turn up (unless reasons why they didn't), genuine / swingers are the ones you meet and have fun with, genuine are the ones who you swap telephone numbers, email addresses and so forth.
Genuine is not the answer to a quick shaggin session -but there may be couple out there who enjoy that.. as I said interpretation is yours only.

If someone I wasn't interested in asked me for a meeting, I might say, 'I'm not meeting people at the moment' as a way of putting them off politely without having to say, 'no, you do nothing for me whatsoever'. They'll leave thinking I don't meet people and am therefore not a genuine swinger. Maybe I should be more honest, who knows, but just because someone says they don't meet might just mean that they don't want to meet you.

As has been said, we are often polite in saying "sorry, not meeting at the mo" instead of saying "no, you're not our type" because then they always ask "WHY?" rolleyes

We dont have an addy and our profile says we are not arranging anything at the moment - if that means we are not genuine, so be it lol

Sorry but admin did ban them we can get that cleared up straight away and we know what you are saying about saying thank but no thanks we are not meeting at the moment sureley we are expected to be honest with people rather than misleading them, Iam sure we would be gutted if someone said that to us then a few days later witnessed them arranging a meet with another couple we would much prefer couples to say sorry but you are mingers we appreciate honesty rather than lies we can take it honest. :roll:

admin would never ban purely because of one ad stating that a couple are not meeting at the moment.
I don't like the fact you couldbe implying something that is not true confused

There would have to be more than one reason and/or previous offences.
I would love to look into the account you are talking about so please pm me the details. Once we can establish what went on, I'd love to be able to open up this thread :thumbup:
