Well, looking at the time............we could be one of the last to thank DreamerHelen for a great munch. As usual, it was great to meet people that we've met before and equally great to meet people that we haven't met before lol

The snogs, the hugs, the snogs, the dancing, the snogs, the gropes, WOW!!!
And a special thanks to our hosts for the weekend............thank you for a great time biggrin

The downside? The firkin' great long queue on the M1 travelling north on Sunday after they had shut the motorway banghead

It was good to see every one for the first time this year it wont be the last.
Kas thanks for doing the badges getting quite a collection now & yet another stuning dress.
Dawn & Ian thanks for the afternoon drinks.
and to my other half thanks for making the weekend the fact that i drove 470 miles for a munch just 15 minutes from home just ment i got to spend more time with you biggrin

The rumours were true, I finally made it to a munch.
My first thanks must go to Johnyboy, for being a pussy wimp and too scared to turn up for room 405 flipa

The 405 ladies worship

Miss Darkfire for being totally lovely and generally sorting all the hassles and having a filthy laugh :haha: , Cocoa for being delishously gorgeous posh totty :smitten: and dragging me round to lots of people, Binxy for being the comedy welsh nutter and a constant source of entertainment (even though i couldn't understand 90% of what you were on about loon

) and finally Fallen Angel for her usual goddessness :angel: , i'm sure there was lots of things that happened but it's all a bit hazey :dry:
remember meeting loads of people but as usual my piss poor memory has let me down, so 'hello' again, i'm better with faces than names so i'll see you all next month.
i also met Mr & Mrs Happy Cats, what can i say. Mrs Happy Cats is lovely :grin:

I would like to say a huge thank you for Helen, for letting me through the doors as for some reason i wasn't on the list! lol...
I loved the Badges.. very good indeed.
it was great to meet everyone again. and the the load havent seen for what seams years. it was a suburb munch. and even better cause it was so close to home. can't beleive i've missed them for so long... but hopefully (or regretably) i'll be trying to get to more.
Dawn & Ian - great company as usual. and a barrel of laughs. always a pleasure to see you.
Chesty Bird - for proving that i still go RED even though i try to make out that i've cured it!
Sarah - You looked Stunning last night!
Dammy - it was weird seeing you with out as the tosh. but i think it suits you with out it.
it was nice to finally meet Suze, WelikeSingleMen, Mr & Mrs Rams Clp, Happy cats, darkfire, only me. and many more.
and was great to finally meet Shell, for the first time. even though we've been chatting since i first found SH.

Okay I'm going to get the Business out of the way before I post my Thanks....
Firstly....Chesty was right, about 45 didn't show up although quite a few of those either called me or PM'd me. I am NOT out of pocket so please don't worry everybody. We paid Dawn back for the Room Hire which was Â£50, and then Â£125 for the Bouncers....that was all paid from the Entrance Fee which everyone kindly paid. And then a whip round was done for AlexDJ and Â£132 and some change was made for his wonderful Services.
Secondly....I have PM'd Dambuster myself to sort things out but I wanted to publicly say that I totally accept his apology and even the Manager said that the Bouncers overreacted...next time (if there is one) I will know better than to have Bouncers there...so that's my apology for everyone that there were Bouncers there!!
Now onto the Pleasant Things:

Many, many thanks to Helen, Voddy and everyone else who was in any way involved in the organising, preparation, and execution of what proved to be a really fun evening.
It was great to see familiar faces once more and to meet many, many people for the first time. I won't list names as I'd never remember everyone, and that would be slightly unfair (and a very long post).
Incidentally, if in the future somebody sees me ordering more than two cans of Red Bull over the course of a munch, please could they come over and remind me not to be so bloody stupid. I was flagging a bit and so had four cans in about 90 minutes - ok it kept me going 'till gone 1 am, but when I got back to my Mum's (incidentally she thinks I spent the evening with a bunch of online gamers) I kept Mrs. DP awake 'till 3 am by talking crap constantly. :(

One thing I would say that with all the trials and tribulations we've undergone lately it is great to see that we can all still get together and Party! So thank you Helen, Voddy, Kaz, Sir Lee and Alex DJ - s'what makes the world go round.

So sorry you couldn't make it, Choon! I was really looking forward to meeting you. We had lunchtime drinks in your honour, anyway - thanks for organising them, it was a really great start to the munch proceedings.

I fully agree Cocoa, the lunchtime drinks were something I am definitely glad I went to, great fun and great company, even though Tune wasn't there to live up to his nickname by playing something on the piano in the bar. lol

These lunchtime drinks meets are becoming almost as much fun as the munches....perhaps they will soon have their own badges! :lol:

ive been thinking of a room name for in the chatroom, we've been on this site since a million years ago, different names back then, and only just ventured in there, we wanted to havea room just for the hell of it, well tonight room 405 will be created in your honour , in fact i may just pop in and do it now.
