Virginity - would you change losing it when you did?

Talking to J earlier on this subject She said that in her case it was just neither good nor bad it just happened and she got on with life. When I lost my virginity I was so shocked that I left it two years before even contemplating sex again I hated it. If you could go back would you change how you lost yours?

Yes and Yes .... the age I was, was far too young :shock: and I broke my best friends heart in the process as it was with his mate (we had dated for 3 years when I split with him and started seeing his mate)
Was it memorable? Well I remember it, but can't say it was the best experience, that it was earth shattering or necessarily incredible, however we carried on having sex regularly for about 4 months and after we split I never had sex until 18 months later, it was with the same guy but put a lot of ghosts to rest and I was able to move on and get over him.

I lost mine with a girl I eventually ended up with for 5 years. I'm glad it happened that way. If I could change anything, it would be what she said after the first time: "Did you cum?"... redface

I wouldn't change when it happened as I reckon it was all part of growing up but if I could I would certainly change the quality of the encounter .....
We were both young and thought we knew all about making love but in reality we knew nothing :lol2:

I'm not sure I would change it. I was too young and hadn't a clue but he was my first love and I don't regret it.
However, I suspect telling my mum about it probably wasn't the smartest thing I've ever done. Well she did ask!! Sometimes I can be too honest! redface

I was very young, in fact I would have been too young for Gary Glitter. She was 4 years older than me. It was on the banks of a river meandering through a golf course of a small Welsh town, and it was totally idyllic.
The only problem was that although I was old enough to know that 'probe a' fitted into 'socket b', I didn't know that 'probe a' whilst fitted into 'socket b' should be wiggled round some. So although technically it was a successful entry I'm not sure it counts. I had to wait for another 9 years whilst in the Navy as a 17 year old to have a successful re-entry with a great liftoff. That was much less idyllic being outside the mess hall (on party night) on the grass lawn under a tree trying to dodge MPs at HMS Mercury. I don't even remember her name sad

I wouldn’t change it, we still laugh about it to this day I have now been with him for 28 years.

i think i would have waited......14 was way to young...now I see it from a mums point of view and my oldest 2 kids are 14 (boy) and 11 (girl) :shock:
To think that they are almost as old as I was when I first had sex is....well it just doesnt bear thinking about :shock: :shock: and if I catch either of them doing anything like that until they are way, WAY over 18, then i will be doing some damage with a needle and cotton or a pair of scissors :giggle: :giggle:
The fact it my lost cherry, was with Mr Bone, and we are still together 23 years later, and he was my only lover until joining you debauched lot just over a year ago....well thats an entirely different thread in itself LOL

I was a month off my 18th, My bf of 9 months was pressuring me, so I asked my Mum how old she was when she lost her virginity. Being bright she told me she was 17 (she was actually 15). I went back upstairs to my bf and consented (although I wasn't sure). It was crap and to top it off, the next day I was dumped and told he had won a bet with his brother.
If only that had happened now I would have had them both together and won the bet myself!!!
