If I said hands up who never had been I would not expect any replies...... I am proud opf the fact that I am a tosser , and occasionally I admit to cocking up ( and archaic term, once used by Her majesty's Excisemen when they had made an erro, they would strike through the error with a fwd slash and write the correct value above)

Thank goodness a certain scribbler is absent this evening - it would be like a red thong to a bull. I believe he received a certain dare on Saturday evening... you had to have been there! The ladies of the forum, namely Kit, Jags, Wilma and Dawn know exactly what I mean!

Think I got more than an thimbleful!!! Fred was too slow with the binoculars and there wasn't a magnifiy glass to hand, but I gather the dare was fulfilled. Where was the camera when a gal really needed it??

Made enough pancakes to feed the 5000 - and 2 little kids ate the lot!
What I want to know - is it me or is it one of those natural phenomena - but why do the first two pancakes just end up as scribbles in the bottom of the frying pan??? :shock: - happens every year, and every year I get the 'bad mother' look from the kids After the first couple I'm well away, tossing left right and centre - but the kids are too busy scoffing in the other room to see me doing 'clever mother'

I think I may be in favour with Wilma - she just came in and I cooked her a fresh pancake and showed her how good a tosser I can be! I even let her squeeze my lemons herself!
