Sassy just made me think of something to do with age.
She had made mention that she has a hard time being attracted to anyone under a certain age which I can understand.
I have a silly (I know it's silly before y'all tell me) rule of thumb that I use.
Half my age plus ten is the youngest I will date. So I am 34 ... therefore the youngest I will date is 27. For me this has worked. Anything younger than that and there tends to be conversational problems.
What is the youngest you would date? Why?

Again, this is a case of 'Whatever blows your frock up'! Each to their own! Mrs DD is just 5', but one of our greatest 'special' friends towers over me at 6' in her stockings - stick a pair of heels on her and my head is at the same level as her boobies!!!.. lovely!!!

Sassy makes a note to buy Abi a pair of high heels
Ooooo perfect cos he does have a nice shiny head that would fit perfectly in my cleavage.
I am in no way saying someone who is shorter than me is not manly. I am merely saying I am not really attracted. I am nearly 5'9" so it kinda limits my choices I know, but I would rather be honest than give out a sympathy shag cos I didn't want to hurt a guys feelings.
Am I making sense or just digging a deeper hole? lol.

I wouldn't know about that - I've never met a man shorter than me redface
Even in those shoes?!?
I am not attracted to men who are shorter than me yet have no problem with women who are.
Am I a hypocrite?
What little 'quirks' do you have that might make you be a hypocrite? (No, Dammie I am not talking about the size of your ......)
Group mentality is a very scary thing. Remember Waco? All it takes is one very domineering and charismatic individual to sway a group .. .be it 71 or thousands.
Support individuality and you can't go wrong.

Abi, im so sorry to hear of your loss - made me think a bit cos ive only just made up with my dad after not speaking to him since January. You know all your friends are always here for you...
Suze xx

Hun I went nearly 16 years without seeing my dad. Stupid pride will tear a family apart. I am so thankful that have had the last 11 months with him. Go hug your dad even if he's in the wrong.

Now feel terrible cos we were only talking about you the other day, what a corker of a girl you are and where the bluddy ell are you n stuff......
and all along you've been going through hell, I'm so sorry - not sorry for missing you of course, I'm sorry that you're on a really tough journey at the moment.
I can't help make your pain go away, but I can offer my sincere condolences, and an ear if ever you need a new one.
You've got loads of people on here Abi, lean on em ok kiss

I hope you mentioned my breasts when you were talking about me ;)
Seriously though, the hardest part has been watching my mom fall apart. Most here know that one of my reasons for moving to England was due to my dads health. We were told he had about 3 or 4 years so I though I should come here and try to repair some bridges I burned as a teen. Well, we didnt get those 3 or 4 years ... however I did get 11 months to be with him and for us both to say our piece and sadly say our goodbyes. As I said to someone in email just now it's hard to watch my very strong mom feel like its over for her. She is 61 and has been with my dad since she was 19. 42 years is a long time to wake up next to the same person each day ... hell I only managed 7 years!! We all know that her life is not over but I can certainly feel her pain in why she feels that way.
So more than anything ... I'd like to ask .... please y'all don't think of me. Think of my mom and keep your fingers crossed that she comes out of this fighting strong again.
Abi xx
Oh dear.... sounds like an emergency.

Hmmmm I may not be the best one to answer this as I have a love for (correctly inflicted) pain. Therefore I may ramble off in all directions and start drooling.

Can you squeeze me in? I should get myself organised by November. rolleyes
Hi. Yes, I'm still alive.
I just wanted to take a brief moment to say thank you to those that sent their condolences on the passing of my dad. Sorry I have not been around and sorry I did not go to the Bristol munch.
You know the reality is that our parents will die but that reality still did not prepare me for how it would feel and how it hurt to watch my mom fall apart.
So, anyway, as I said ... thank you.
For personal reasons I am unable to attend. I am so sorry.
