ive suffered with hayfever since i was a kid, and last year i had THE worst hayfever EVER, i was soooo pissed off i almost emigrated, my main problem is sneezing, running blocked nose-this is constant, and the roof of my mouth itching-
tablets in only ever seem to work for a few days for me, and rarely really sort my nose out
the nasal spray is a complete winner!!! i use beconase and it has changed my life, and i dont mean that in an over the top way, sometimes i will sniff and sneeze abit, but i can live with that, on the whole it has got rid of the 'hayfever look' (red nose, red puffy eyes and general pastyness' and totally sorted out my nose. Like i said i still 'get hayfever' but in a way that doesnt effect my quality of life, before it really is a nightmare, although even then there were obviously times when i didnt get it, but on the whole its an april-september thing for me.....
now im hardly bothered by it...the odd sneezing here and there, but i now have wot id call mild hayfever as apposed to hayfever hell. he he
as for the roof of the mouth thing....the sure fire way to stop it itching, is to NOT itch it with your tongue, the more you itch it the worse ot gets and it also sets of other syptoms, esspecailly nasal, and if you do it to much your throat will be hyper sensitive and drive u mad. its hard, but dont itch it and it will get better!!
also every now and again if i get a bad day (ill know before i leave the house!!!) ill take a tablet and that tends to help, but DONT take tablets and nasal spray all the time at the same time, as it messes up the levels of cortisteriods in your body and may make you more allergic in the long run.
also once your syptoms seem more under control, try reducing the dose or number of sprays and increasing them rather than routinly squirting 8 sprays up each nostril 4 times a day!!!
bit of a hayfever nut...so if you need any help...im here!!! he he...i hate hayfever. and feel passionate about ridding it from our lives dammit!!! wot can be worse than being allergic to the fucking air.

i must admit i havnt read the whole thread but wanna add my bit....if wacko jacko just loves kids, then how come he only lets boys in his bed and not little girls...his obviously got somthing going on, he cant keep hiding behind this 'i had no childhood, im peter pan' bollocks, his a grown man, plus loads of people missed out on there childhood and dont re-live it by invited children into there beds.
another thing that made me laugh was when they said 'and michel jacksom is free to return to neverland....NEVERLAND FOR FUCK SAKE....this guy is not only suspected of molesting little boys, but he lives in.....neverland.....he looks completely fucked up, he lives in neverland, if you ask me he is like the child catcher out of chitty chitty bang bang....he looks weird...like some sort of creation....i just think that years of being completely minted has left him totally deranged.
they also say that 'you will never find a batter father than jacko' ---are you fucking kidding me, his called one of his children 'blanket', dangled one out of a window, and makes them all walk around in gas masks.
