Can't get into chatrooms - chatroom window does not load - just hangs blank.
Have raised ticket - comms test good, have been advised to try CTRL and f5, this doesn't work either - anyone suffered same prob and have got it fixed, all help appreciated

Would really apprecaite if someonw could help me out, I'm missing out on all the fun in the chatroom as a can't get on - getting message auth failed undefined.
I'm running zone alarm version and have tried turning down the security levels on my firewall setting, still can't get in. Would appreciate any technical help, or if you can't help technically anything that would lift my spirits

When i try to get into the chatrooms i get a message - Auth failed undefined, I've raised a query with the tech support but all thet say is to uninstall my Zone Alarm security software.
Wonder has anyone else had this problem with Zone Alarm and more importantly how did you resolve it, appreciate any help
