I guess its how your approach the whole scene, personally we much prefer to chat to people either via mail or chatting in the chatrooms with people, we find it gives people a chance to get to know you and your personality to see if there is compatibility first n foremost before you even get to second base so to speak, its very easy for people to sit at a computer and be a keyboard warrior and sending emails to people you have never even spoken to, which are generally ignored IMHO, but as you say when it comes to the crunch people do back out, and get cold feet etc, which I can imagine is so frustrating. Some people prefer the fuck and go and not wanting anything more which is down to the individuals, but we have found that chatting is a massive part of the trust that comes with swinging and building a rapport before any meet, hence then when you do meet, its not quite so drastic and nerve racking etc, and peeps are less likely to back out, this is what we have found and seems to have worked so far.
I have observed from your profile, that you come as a "3some" ie 3 of you which may put some people off or be reluctant, but it obviously doesnt after reading your profile and the fact that you have had some fab meets.
Tis all mind boggling at times, but stick with it guys, xxxxxx

Tills my lovely a tricky one, I dont have children, but was bullied myself at school funnily enough by boys not the girls, not a very pleasant experience, but most of my bullying took place outside of school, but im fully aware that things have changed massively in the 20 years since I left school.
In all my dealings with people who we hold in a " responsible position", the moment I feel im not getting any answers, I generally use the tactic that im gonna be in your face until you, A, they listen and ackowledge , B, take action, and if your still not satisfied repeat steps A & B and take it right to the top until your heard. The school first priority should always be to the abusee not the abuser.
